The shower in the room 2 was not working . I encountered significant issues with the shower facilities in my room . Regrettably , the shower's temperature control was faulty with scalding hot water continuously flowing despite attempts to adjust. The tap was leaking and I was not able to fully change it to shower mode, Additionally the mixer appeared to be malfunctioning , making it impossible to regulate the water temperature effectively . As a result of this issue I experienced an unpleasant incident incident where the excessively hot water unexpectedly burned my skin. This not only caused discomfort but also raised safety concerns regarding the maintenance and functionality of room's amenities. The bathtub area in particular was visibly unhygienic , with blackened silicone detracting from the overall cleanliness of the bathroom. I was also disappointed with the quality of the coffee provided - was cold , lacked in freshness and also had an unpleasant taste reminiscent of overused coffee beans I hope that the hotel management addresses these concerns promptly to prevent any future guests from encountering similar challenges.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable Kids hardly slept . Food not very nice Toilet roll handle hanging off the wall mold on the ceiling.

Room was spacious but very basic and in need of a refresh - furniture & carpets were significantly worn. Bed was lumpy and not very comfortable. Food in the Hungry Horse was OK, though we were disappointed with the breakfast butty...

Passing through the corridor on my floor it was clear that another guest was smoking weed in their room, this did make me feel uncomfortable - I locked and chained the door for peace of mind as a lone traveller because of this.

Room balcony doors no double glazed so could here A50 traffic pretty noisy. Some other hotel guests didn't seem to care about others at 2am in the morning so I wouldn't recommend families to stay not really. Certain rooms are better than others.

Got given late check out at no extra cost by reception host he's always welcoming. When ordered food from the attached restaurant was given 20% off total cost. A wine paid for on app wasn't available so replaced at no extra charge. All good things
