No fresh coffee at breakfast! On arrival there had been a mess up between Booking.com & Marstons... it was only because a very diligent member of staff managed to work rooms out that I was actually able to get my booking! Make a positive check with the hotel staff before travelling!

Room basic but totally satisfactory; excellent shower! Breakfast cooked to order and pleasant service. Remote and peaceful village/riverside location but perfect for all major roads in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel/inn,

The first room we were allocated had low sloping eaves and looked out onto a brick wall.

Sherrie was exceptionally helpful in finding a good room for us when we were unhappy with the first room we had been allocated. We finished up with a very pleasant river view.

Nice beer and setting to drink it in with a very nice Indian restaurant a very short walk away. On site meals are average for the price.

Tv remote back was missing which ment the batteries fell out. A pain when trying to change channels. Noise from other people staying was very evident. Shower soap container out of any liquid.

The room was spacey, great bed. The bathroom was clean and tidy.Friendly staff. A large bar/dining area.

No complaints! Could hear faint music at night but it wasn't from the restaurant or hotel so I assume it was other guests. Wasn't enough to disturb sleep though.

2 night stay. Sugar and decaf coffee sachets not replenished. Drinking Glasses not washed or replaced however mugs were. Only one set of towels in room on arrival. Another provided when we asked.

Bit noisy rooms midnight noise from people coming back to rooms then deciding to have a loud conversation in the hallway.

Location for work meeting good. Easy parking and staff were brilliant.

Unfortunately a young gentleman was doing the breakfasts and it was not good .

I love the rooms number 7 is my favourite room ...and a wonderful lady called Ann is amazing she is one lovely lady she does the cleaning she help me out about a month ago with a phone charger which I forgot to bring with me .

Massive cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and lights. And curtain pole. Well worn carpets. Furniture was well worn and marked and very dated. Old outdated tv. Needs some tlc and a good revamp. Could be an amazing place. Shame really. Just needs some money spending on it.

It was nice being by the river and going for a walk next day, and we had a nice meal at the pub in the evening. The staff were all very friendly

Cobwebs (large and hanging) close to bed next to bathroom. Used can of shaving cream in bin on arrival - informed staff. Breakfast, informed avocado with red pepper and jalapenos was mild - it wasn't. Breakfast spoilt with this😢

Shower was a bit naff.
