We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe walls by the lots and stair case to the rooms had these disgusting printed walls with information about the hotel. TBH you have ruined the effect made me feel as if i was in a Travellodge you have turned a nice hotel into a cheap effect. Desperately needs a rethink.

United KingdomOur room was supposed to have a large double bed, but was a standard size and was told that is correct so if you want a larger bed book a club. Room had cobwebs on ceiling, alot of condensation and head board didn't fit - would say room needs updating.
Staff we friendly and relaxed. Bed was comfy although smaller than wanted. Pillows not so great.

United KingdomThe food (room service) and drinks (at the bar) were very expensive (£18 for a g&t and a pint) and the food not very good. Room service food was presented poorly, (chicken goujons sat in a puddle of bbq sauce) no salt sachets were available and the food was dry and lacked quality ingredients or seasoning for the price. Some business colleagues ate in the restaurant and also did not enjoy the meal. There was no extraction in the shower room which caused condensation and there was mould on the window frames. There was also not a very wide range of tea/coffee ameneties in the room which encourages guests to use the starbucks downstairs (the addition of decaff coffee or a herbal tea would have been nice considering the room price.)
Room was spacious and comfortable and had hairdryer and ironing facilities which was useful. Room did get warm but had a dyson air conditioner which helped (although this was not adjustable). Access and location are good.

The staff called me prior and asked what my reason for staying was and I said “my girlfriend’s birthday “ they made note and left a lovely card addressed personally to her saying happy birthday. She also received complementary brownies from the Starbucks down stairs! The staff and hospitality was incredible felt like royalty ! Would highly recommend
