The only thing which I think hotel needs to improve is some small room details (for example the shower floor gaps were a bit dirty because of being old) . It’s 5 star hotel so I think the smallest details matter. It’s not like it bothered me but just a recommendation.

The view was so nice from our room. The big plus is that the hotel is far away from Athens centre so you can’t hear car sounds or people speaking it was so peaceful and calm especially if you live in Athens centre like us. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and the hotel left in our room a complimentary champagne and fruits which was really nice. Also the stuff members are so nice and polite.

Very nice hotel. Stayed for a business trip. The staff was very professional and discrete. Rooms well equiped and quiet. Pool is closed during winter so i didn't get a chance to enjoy it.

The hotel overall is a little dated but that seems to be the norm in Greece unless you go very high end. The spa staff and treatments were excellent but the hammam and jacuzzi facilities left a lot to be desired - water tepid, needs renovation.

The staff went above and beyond during our one night stay. They were extremely friendly and courteous. They discovered it was my partner's birthday and surprised him with a bottle of prosecco and a desert with a candle - so thoughtful! We also had a great massage in the spa. The location is not bad but you need a car to get around.

The hotel seems to have been renovated recently but the room needs a bit or renovation, especially the Shower. It would be great if the room had a smart tv instead of a regular one. Balcony furniture also need an update.

Very comfortable room and great service. We stayed in the Physis Suite. The room was spacious and with lovely design, we liked the leafy outlook and the great amenities (we had everything we needed). Breakfast was great too. I know the location very well, as I used to live in the area, but it is a great location out of the center of Athens.

Well it’s hard to believe it’s a 5 star hotel. The interior design look so not updated. The shower head half of them don’t work and the shower is not sealed and the water goes out. The gym if you can called it like that is like a set of weights and a treadmill. We also had dinner, we were the only ones in the restaurant and it took about 40 minutes to get our dishes.

The location is nice. There is some good restaurants near by.

The bad was hard and too low. I had to make great effort to get out of the bed.

The lobby, the bar, the room design and view. But above all the great staff. Aspasia, Elisseos and Giannis were excellent hosts.

Awkward spa opening times from 12-8pm, normally sauna use is for the morning or evening, I was disappointed we couldn’t use the facilities as one of the reasons I booked this hotel was the spa.

The receptionist and the other staff were not as friendly as one would expect (with the exception of the bellboy, who was very smiley and friendly ) My room has a weird smell but as I only booked for two nights and I was very tired with no energy to change my room, I did not inform the reception. The hotel, although nicely designed with interesting features, was not well maintained. You can see the furniture in the rooms were wearing out...

The pool area was very nice. It was outside of the crowd of the city, it was a nice design hotel.

I should have researched a bit more the distance from centre Athens but the location was great if you wanted a bit of quiet in a verdant environment. Maybe you go walking in the nearby National Forest. Was perfect for a night before heading to the airport.

I really went for the pool(s) which were great. Location is about 50mins (bus+train) to centre Athens. It's a stylish hotel and the staff were very nice. The room was also very stylish contemporary

The staff of this nice and quiet hotel, is very helpful, welcome and friendly. This is one of the reasons that i'm going to visit it again. The room was very clean with great view. Breakfast is ok, no any complaint. The SPA section is a plus. Pool is actually two pools. Very clean water, we enjoyed them.
