I was staying on the 3rd floor and you could hear everything from outside as Windows are not soundpvoof at all. So every day i woke up early becouse of work in neighbouring property or Borysa

We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival, the staff was really friendly, the rooms were clean and beautiful. There was evening entertainment, which we enjoyed very much. The food was really, really good, and the location of the hotel is excellent. Overall, a fantastic stay in a superb hotel.

Room was worn out. Shower needs looking at as its flooding. Location is about 20 mins from central.

Noise from hotel airconditioning vents at street, traffic. Limited possibilities on street parking.

Single beds a little to short for adults. Breakfast could offer some different food not the same every day. Car parking around hotel is complicated if not taking hotel offered private parking.

Hotel is comfortable and in good location, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Food during dinner every day is different. Personnel always with big smiles and kind.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had a great selection. 25 minute walk into the old town which has some great restaurant options.

The food was excellent, every meal had lots of different options and cuisines and everything was lovely. The hotel was always very clean and tidy and in a great location for shops, the old town and restaurants/bars.

Some hotel rooms need renovation, but the hotel is already doing it.

Very kind and helpful hotel staff. The hotel provides good and quality shampoo, shower soap and other things. The hotel also provides pool and beach towels. There are always free places at the swimming pool. This is important because there are often big waves in the sea and it is not possible to swim in the sea. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, there is always a good selection of food and there is enough food no matter what time you come to eat. The cooks prepare food very well and deliciously. In the evenings, the hotel provides different entertainment evenings and concerts (except Sundays).

There's nothing NOT to like about this hotel!

Firstly this is a 5 star hotel, not 4 star as far as I'm concerned! Everything about the hotel is exceptional - including the lovely, hardworking staff, ultramodern rooms, decor and technology and delicious cuisine. And if you're an animal lover, the furry hospitality and welcome offered by the visiting cats by the hotel pool! 😀

The hotel is very nice and accurate, very clean and the staff is very friendly and caring. Food was very tasty ,one could see how much attention was paid to food quality. I liked everything about my stay, especially the evening cakes 🤩 . I also paid attention to how other guests were sharing their satisfactory comments with the staff about the hotel meeting their needs for a perfect rest.I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who prefers quality and harmony during the vacation.

Can get very busy at the pool however to be expected in large hotels, also having to walk across each morning to breakfast across the road however it wasnt a big issue
