pool was dark green when we arrived and stayed that way for 3 days.manager saw me taking photos and suddenly next day was cleaned.The building adjoining the "resort"was being either demolished or being renovated and looked like a prison wall.very noisy most days and one night till 11 oclock. unsurprisingly not many people staying there.We thought they might be closing her down.

Shows pool bar in brochure.. Not in operation. Original room did not have a toilet that flushed. Dangerous power point that had exposed wires and sparked. Only 1 English Chanel on TV. Had to pay for better room at no discount otherwise we would have had to stay in allocated room

the pool bar is not operational and it would make it more inviting but they do let you drink your own alcohol around the pool. the umberallas around the pool are no existent very old.

Its a great little hotel in perfect location, . rooms are spotless, staff are very very helpful, and just across the road from the beach

The pool was not clean enough and a "shade of green" is not acceptable in Bali, the pumps, chemical and vacuum process was not up to standard and whilst several requests by guests to get it sorted it remained a green ish pond.

Great budget location so close to the beach in double 66. off street and old style calm with gardens and open space. Unfortunately, the pool which needed to be the key to budget level accom was not clean enough and a shade of green in Bali is very uninviting. 6 days and was just not clean enough to want to swim, disappointing.

Some of the facilities were a bit dated but they were renovating during our stay as well.

It was across the road to the beach. Had plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. A quiet residence and affordable accommodation.

the rooms were not so clean, the shelf for towels never new a cleaning ((( The bathroom facilities need to be repaired, the toilet was always leaking, this noise disturbed me a little. also blankets were not so white and even with some dots and wholes. no shampoo or shower gel, only a small piece of soap. BUT the rooms are quite big, there is a balcony. And super location.

The place is a little run-down but all the basics are there and the room was clean and suitable given price. Pool area not super inviting but you can swim next door at Cocoon day club for free and a great place to hang out and eat/drink.

Great location opposite the beach and heaps of restaurants/bars and small shops close. I only stayed here due to the price and location as a bed/base. With the beach a few steps away and all that has to offer in this location and the many food/drink options it's location is the winner, followed by the price. OK for a few days to take advantage of location.

Communication is not great. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and were shown to our room. That's it. No information provided then, or later, about facilities and services. A mid-range hotel so we weren't expecting all the bells and whistles, but the place has no atmosphere, the rooms need a proper deep clean and staff generally couldn't answer our questions. Chairs and sun lounges around the pool are old, dirty and felt pretty unsafe to sit on. We spent the first 2.5 days with no hot water as the system has blown. Not their fault but there was no communication until we complained. And once it was back on we spent another day with dirty brown water. To be fair, we were offered a free meal as compensation, but that was only by luck that we ordered from their restaurant and the manager happened to be dining there. We've been to Bali before and generally wouldn't complain, but this place is very overpriced (in our opinion) for what you get. And the added bonus was the extra 3% we were charged for paying by Visa- not an uncommon charge, but 3% seems high compared with elsewhere.

The whole place desperately needs a facelift. Gardens need maintenance, pool area needs nicer pool furniture and is quite uninviting, sadly.

Massive bedrooms and beds. Lovely front porch and lovely traditional building style, but run down unfortunately. The location is as good as any of the 5 stars opposite the beach. Cheap massages and laundry.
