“Massimo provided excellent communications before we arrived to make sure check in was super smooth. Nothing too much trouble, we were able to borrow an iron as we were in town for a wedding and our clothes were creased in our cases.
We arrived at the property and it's truly beautiful, so much wow factor. The location is brilliant as you're right next to the gardens and portico to access the walled town. Great parking and restaurant access. The breakfast choices are superb, and having all a kitchen in the room and a carrefour so close, we were able to do exactly what we wanted.
The Duke room is very, very comfortable, the blackout shutters allowing for excellent sleep. The antique furniture provides a luxury and historic feel. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.”
“Very clean house, very comfortable beds that in combination with the environment make the best sleep. Claudia, the hostess, is very wellcoming and we manage to communicate with her very easily. In the house she provides you with coffee cups, a bottle of water, olive oil, tea, sugar, detergent for washing machine and dishwashing machine. The kitchen is well equipped. The wi-fi is good and quick. The garden is well tended and tidy, every house has its own private terrace in the garden with barbeque facilities. Lastly, although we didn't use the pool, it looks really nice.”
“Big villa with excellent equipment. Villa is 20 min walk from old town of Lucignano and in the same place is Carrefour express and few Restaurant the big Lidl is 10 min by car in a nearby Sinalunga. Jacopo the resident of Villa is very polite and we had some problems he solved them very quick. We didn’t use the swimming pool because the weather was not the best, but the pool is cleaning 2 times in a week and at night we saw that the water was filtered. Rooms are big and comfortable. Bathroom in every floor is something fantastic when you came with 9 people there. Highly recommended👌”
