Antonella, Susanna and the rest of the staff were most accommodating. Breakfast and coffee was great and just as good is the 5 minute walk to the nearby beach.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is very good. The hotel is close to the beach. The parking place is next to the hotel. We had a lovely time in Rimini.

The fridge was not working and the shower door was stuck. But overall the room was good.

The hotel owner / recepcionist was friendly and very nice. I would stay here next time too. Parking space was large enough.

- It's a basic hotel, which needs some update. Priority would be to remove the old red carpeting from the rooms. - The sea of Rimini is dirty. This has obviously nothing to do with the hotel, but the local hoteliers should also ask for more strict rules in the over-exploitation of the seascape in this country, i.e. less sun beds, less beach bars, better cleaning etc. etc.

- Convenient parking in a field in front of the hotel. - The breakfast was very good. - There is free water to drink during the day at the reception area, which is a nice addition. - The hotel is about 20' walk to the city centre of Rimini

During my stay the ac in the room malfunctioned and I couldnt control the temperature. This happened during late evening so I didnt alert the staff which I am sure would have assisted me if I did.

it's a bit far away from the center

The staff is very nice and welcoming. We parked in front of the hotel, and the room was clean and it has everything you'd need. The wifi was good. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options. Great location if you want to go to the beach.

The breakfast was truly exceptional with lots of homemade cakes and dishes. You could feel that the chef loved food and loved to host guest. Same was true for the rest of the staff who made you genuinely feel welcome. The rooms are small but big enough for a few days stay. Although it is a 25min walk from Old Town the beachfront at that end of Rimini is great and stretches on for miles.

Not really and issue but the placement of the aircon unit makes it blow into the curtain rather than directly into the room. We kept the curtain open to compensate 😄

Staff was super friendly and kind, breakfast had many tasty homemade options to choose from, room was clean and had everything we needed incl. huuuge comfortable king size bed - definitely one of the best 3-star-hotel experiences we had.

It was too silent for us but people usually just love it at all.

This is a very good hotel equipped with all of things we needed. Comfortable beds, big and modern bathroom, daily clean towels. Effective air conditioner but the best thing was the helpful reception. The beach is no distance.

The air conditioner in our room was a bit loud. But at night we just swithched it off. The shower might be a bit too small for a man. Anyway, it's minor disadvantages. Didn't make our stay any worse.

The hotel is in the quiet neighbourhood and very close to the beach. About 20-25 min walk to the old town. You can take a bus if walking is not your thing;) supermarkets, cafes, restaurants - you can get everything close. I would like to thank the host Antonella, who was very welcoming and made us feel like we were exclusive, although we do understand, that the hotel is full of other guests😃. The staff is amazing, especially Barbara, who took a good care of us and made a great morning coffee! Breakfast is very delicious and various. Everything is super clean, each day we had our towels changed, the bed made. Also shower gels, lotions even a toothpaste with a toothbrush were included. Super nice! Definitely would recommend this hotel!
