Everything! The room was clean (every day) and had enough space. Also the terrace was nice. The location is good, quiet, some shops in the area and the metro is just around the corner (Re di Roma) so you can go everywhere very easily. But you can also walk to the center of Rome. The hospitality: very friendly host and staff. We had a great stay and I recommend this guest house to everyone who wants to go to Rome!

The room felt a bit small and could also use some color, it’s a bit basic looking.

The location is good, close to the metro but out of the very touristic area. The shower was good and the bed quite comfy. The room was clean and the staff helpful with storing the luggage after check out. The little coffee was also nice.

Checking in procedure was a bit confusing and not provided in a timely manner. The check out time of 10am is also way too early and can make the last day inconvenient.

The terrace was a lovely place to chill but it’s also the smoking area outside the rooms and as a non smoker who gets nauseous at the smell of cigs this was unpleasant but bareable. Struggled to figure out the ac but not too big of an issue as the weather at the time was lovely but the room can get warm.

The room was really clean and spacious. Check-in was easy and smooth. I was grateful for the help in arranging a surprise cake and the space available to leave our luggage and also waiting area to sit whilst we waited for our late flight home. Re di Roma station literally on the door step as well of loads of great restaurants (oh sole, re di Roma piazza) and dessert spots (Pompi). Only 4 steps from Termini (central station) can get to the Spanish Steps directly. In a great location. Glad we weren’t in a tourist area and seemed to be more among locals. Lovely staff, easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend to others and happily stay here again when I next visit.

Location was great, close to the Red-line metro station and not far from the train to the airport. The room was clean and quite big. The bed was a bit hard for me, but I prefer softer beds. Good bathroom. Even if the personnel wasn´t at the property all the time, their service was absolutely great. I had a good stay.

This place had it all: excellent location, reasonable pricing, great rooms, and friendly service. It was extremely easy to check in and the staff was responsive. My room was extremely clean and well cared for, plus there is a beautiful courtyard right outside. It is also a two minute walk from the metro station, which made accessing the tourist spots in Rome extremely easy. There are nice places to eat nearby. I could not be more pleased with my stay with Aeterno, and would certainly return again.
