One of the rare reasonably priced and open hotels in early November, perfectly located, close to the beach, about 10-20 mins walk to Tiberian bridge and old town, with private closed parking (not so cheap but safe). The old part of the hotel (exterior and interior) gives impression of Fellini's era ;) however the rooms, at least the one we had, are renovated. Breakfast with good choice. We liked coffee/tea maker in the room, and really kind staff. Also the bikes (free!) are a great option to reach any part of the old town in minutes. We were happy with the weather, up to 25 degrees in the last days of October/beggining of November, perfect for bikes and walking! Try to get the room that looks away from the main street - we imagine it can be loud in main season, but these days it was calm anyway; and our room looked to a little side street.

Queen bed was 2 single beds pushed together, did tend to come apart whilst sleeping occasionally which wasn't so comfortable.

Nice location, even though it's on the start of the strip along the beach plenty of restaurant and things close by, and also not far from the centre so can explore Rimini with relative ease. Really nice helpful staff.

That if coming on a later time to breakfast, there was no food left. No one filled in the empty baskets of bread and there was no cheesee, salamis left.

Excellent hotel for families. Kids friendly. Excellent staff. Breakfast excellent. Proximity to the beach(very reasonable price)and nice pool area. We definitely recommend. We had a suite for 4. Happy hour not to be missed very nice finger food.

Even while having full board and so many different options of food, they still charge you for food, which seems pretty odd. Also, they say the pool opens from 10am but we often had to wait till 10:30am. Another minus I would say is that check out is at 10am, while check in is at 14:00. 10am is super early for check out, some of us still sleep at that time :/

Breakfast was very continental - so many cakes and tarts and donuts. Some savoury options were available and they were tasty. Not the variety I'd expect from such a hotel. The shower was not good. Small, slippery base. Water pressure not the best. Shame.

15 minutes from the station. Great location. Gorgeous original building converted - hotel side.is an extension done tastefully. Great seaview balcony. Bed very comfortable but low. Good storage, bright and airy room with a sizeable bathroom. Breakfast choice was sufficient but not overly exciting. Breakfast staff amazing and helpful, friendly and welcoming. Location of hotel close to some great eateries and the beach of course. It's about 20 minutes walk into the old town centre either via the beach and old city walls or through the train station. Walk one way and back the other works well!

Terrible wifi, and the walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything in the next rooms and corridor and outside. The parking is expensive.

We booked a triple room and when we arrived they gave us a double. But the problem was fixed the next day. Our room didn't have a balcony and was really hard with drying our swimsuit.

The location was good, on the main street and 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room was clean. The pool was really nice and big.

Everything was fine a part form the breakfast coffee quality and the Wi-Fi system, which all the stay long has been sending a lot of annoying advertising emails.

The Hotel staff has been very helpful and available in offering extra services; in my case it was a shuttle bus that made me avoid public transportation.

I think it could do with a makeover. Breakfast is only pasable with limited options and it’s not a buffet due to Covid restrictions so expect queues.

It’s a very charming old building that has kept its external original features. Inside the hotel is a bit dated from furnishings to communal areas. Staff are polite and helpful at all times.

The furniture of my bedroom (room 305) did not match the photos of bedrooms available online from the hotel's website. The hotel welcomes guests with dogs which from time to time bark when left on their own in the bedrooms (occasionaly after midnight). Also, not clear to me whether such dog owners use the hotel's toilettes to bath their dogs.

Very cose to beach. Great location right in the city centre of Rimini. Very close to train station, and buses to Riccione. Close to amenities such as restuarants and bars. Personnel was welcoming and professional. Bedrooms very clean. Good solid breakfasts with sweat and sevoury food.

Very very very old. Needs refurbishing. Couldn’t charge my iPhone or Apple Watch. I’ve stayed in other hotels in Rimini. This one the plug outlets must of been from the 1950s. The walls are so thin you can hear everything the bathroom is so old. Not worth the money I gave.

Only one small question about breakfast - it doesn't include any vegetables. Everything else was excellent.

The staying at the Villa Adriatica exceeded all our expectations! We got a beautiful room with two balconies, from where there was a view of the sea and the mountains (San Marino). The staff was very pleased, answered everything, and helped us to book a SPA in another hotel, we were satisfied. The Villa is close to the beach, as well as close to the center and the yacht club. We will gladly stay here again next time!

This hotel is perfection. We loved everything about it. The food in the restaurant was deliscious (we had dinner and breakfast) our room was large, quiet and clean. The entire hotel staff is friendly and professional.
