The location is great. It’s 10 minutes walk from train station and 5 minutes walking to subway station. it’s quite and cozy.

This property was located close to the Colosseum and within walking distance of many other areas of interest. Also convenient to take the metro to Vatican City and area. Antonio met us to let us in and he was very friendly and helpful. We mistakenly thought that the kitchenette and laundry washer was within our space but it was shared amongst the five rooms. It was very convenient to access to a washer before moving in to other locations.

Location was superb yet quiet and safe for travellers in Rome. 1 km by walk to Colosseum and many points. The apartment had a great manager Antonio who provided us with warm welcome and many interesting info. The room itself had enough space for take rest after long day and fully equiped kitchen outside room for share. Great Wi-fi signal and value of money.

Everything was great. An observation will be to have a small fridge in the room in the future, it will be good for longer stays.

Location was great, easy to either walk to attractions, restaurants, etc or take the train/metro. Room was comfortable. Antonio was a great host, very good communication, he gave us a little gift for our honeymoon trip (Rome was the final destination of our journey!) and he was very accommodating with our bags (which we will appreciate it forever!!) Also he gave us recommendations of places and things to do. Wifi was strong and consistent.

For us, the memory foam mattresses and pillows were a little 'soft' (personal preference) The bathroom was on the small side (but only compared to other places we have stayed in Italy, compared to other countries it was average)

The room was a pretty good size, and the apartment itself was cute with a handy little kitchen. The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in and available for questions via whatsapp. The location is close to Termini and fairly central when you consider how big Rome is. We walked to the Colosseum. The WiFi and aircon worked great.

I honestly can't think of anything we didn't like about it.

The hotel was fabulous....Antonio can not do enough to make you feel so welcome. The shared kitchen was spotless and our room was so cute the way it is decorated. It is located in a great spot to comfortably walk to all the sites you want to see while visiting Rome.

Great location, 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, metro station around the corner and plenty of nice restaurants, a bakery for breakfast, and supermarkets nearby. Antonio is very friendly and he gave us plenty of information about the local area, he also arranged transport to/from the airport, was available if we had any issues and let us store our bags for the day on checkout. Very clean ensuite room with air con, a comfortable bed and access to a small shared kitchen. Highly recommended!
