酒店在一栋大楼的五楼，自助入住，基本见不到前台。订的将近一千一晚就像民宿一样，性价比不高。

地理位置好，房间设施比较新

总体来说不错，距离火车站很近，位置很好，性价比很高，空调凉快，窗户很大可以看街景，酒店基本上晚上到的话就是自助checkin

Revenge charge for bad reviewers At first, because there was dust in many places in the room, I left a 5-point review on booking. Unexpectedly, on the eighth day after check-out, the hotel suddenly charged me 75 euros without any notification. After asking through the message, they said that I drank three bottles of their wine, but in fact I am allergic to alcohol, it is impossible to drink any alcoholic drinks. When I ask them to check and refund, but they didn’t respond positively and even didn’t reply. The second day, I asked booking customer service for help. The hotel told booking to wait until 18:00 that day, and they didn't reply at all when I waited until this time. On the fourth day, they even asked me to contact their manager by myself. I removed the original review on the forth day and the good news finally came on the fifth day: they "appreciated" me for removing the review and were willing to refund me the money. Is this a coincidence?
