Not easy to find - was on the third floor and you have to enter into the rooms through another door which was confusing- we have nothing like this in London!

Very cosy and nice room. The location was perfect, it was our third time in Florence, the apartment is at the centre of Florence near everywhere on foot. Kind and helpful staff.

The negative thing is that the breakfast was not on the same building as the rooms and I do not recall seeing this information on the website when I booked the B&B. The cafeteria that offered the breakfast opened at 9:00am which is very late. The value of the breakfast for the 8 euros was a rip-off, as the breakfast included only one cup of coffee and 1 piece of small pastry. We went there once and never again as we could see that the waitors were trying to get rid of us from the space as soon as possible, to accommodate more people. For the rest of our stay, we found another vaffeteria and had a full portion of breakfast for 6euros...

Location is excellent and we were able to go everywhere on foot. The room's decoration gave a relaxing and friendly vibe and it was a huge plus the fact that the heat was open at all times. If you are planning on visiting Florence during winter, this B&B is a good option.

Being in the city centre, our window faced a narrow street with tall period buildings and the noise was quite disturbing during the night.

The location was perfect for our itineraries. The room was spacious and I particularly liked the vintage touch and the high ceiling. Breakfast at the cafe was a nice experience .

The location (short walk from railway station), as well as being easy walk to tourist attractions. Cleanliness of room and premises. Quiet and dark room at night for sleeping.

A couple of dirt marks on the floor when arrived which looked like it might not have been mopped properly and ran out of toilet paper as was only one roll

The location was said at the first floor, but it was actually only slightly higher the the ground floor. Due to the safety worry of the location, we eventually locked the window for the whole duration. Anyway, it didn't affect the good living experience and our vacation at all.

The owner's attitude was very friendly and good. The response was also very fast and handle any situations instantly

Breakfast at a nearby café only at 9:00 = croissant, coffee, fresh oranges. It should be specified in the description that it is a light and late breakfast.

The location is very close to any point of tourist interest and train station. It has a supermarket near the door (very important for completing breakfast).
