Didn’t like the self check in. Having to down load an app and jump through all these hoops was frustrating. Also, it should be made known to those coming by tram to NOT get off at the airport station but the one before. We got lucky and saw a review as to what stop. According to staff walking from the airport stop is not safe due to the busy roads.

I liked the staff and the hotel itself. Since it’s in a industrial area, nice that it has a little restaurant.

hot water wasn’t available in the morning and they said they are going to fix it within 1 hour but it never came and they didn’t even informed us. Also the rooms are not soundproof and we heard our friend’s snoring all night from the other room and couldn’t sleep well

They have a unique "contactless" check in process which is very confusing and time consuming. It involved multiple emails, app downloads, and registrations websites. We wound up having to provide copies of our passports 3 times, by email, whatsapp, and again at the hotel in person. The doors are opened with an app. This worked well, but it wasn't clear in advance how ot use it to get into the lobby. Luckily there was someone on site to help, so much for contactless. I'm still not sure if the 12 euro occupancy tax was included in the booking com price or not - the email confirmation said both yes and no.

Neighborhood was a little seedy but we stayed inside. No issues.

The room was very small but we only stayed one night. Everything was updated and modern. Restaurant in the hotel was great. Staff was excellent and accommodating.

You can’t walk to the airport from here (main roads) so will need to either get a taxi for about 15 euros or walk to tram stop about 6 mins away. Not an issue with the hotel per se, just something to note if you want a hotel that is ON the airport. Also there NEEDS to be a plug socket by the bed - not practical to charge a phone on the desk when you have an early morning alarm to get up for.

The hotel is close to the airport. It's only one stop by train ( T2) and a 5min walk. I was a bit worried that the App to open the doors to the hotel would not work, but someone was still there to help me although it was midnight.. It probably is an old hotel, which has been refurbished in a nice way. It has a good feel to it and breakfast in the lounge was perfectly relaxing. There is a bar to buy coffee, juice and croissants.

This is situated in an urban area, so it is surrounded by other apartment buildings. There aren’t views to speak of. There is an elevator to use which will hold a person and their 2 suitcases, but maybe not more than that. But the hotel was very well run and personal.

This hotel is very close to the airport, and highly convenient if you want a place nearby. It is about a 5 minute walk to the T2 tram to the airport, or a quick ride taxi ride to the airport. The hotel is very clean, offers a place to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. The owner was onsite during our stay, and was a very helpful resource. He was knowledgeable, enjoyable, and professional. I was impressed by my interactions with the staff and the cleanliness of the room.

there was no fridge (its own fault that didn't check in advance); a chair on the balcony would be a bonus; you have to take into account that there are thin walls, the arrival of neighbors at night, talking and snoring could be heard and it disturbed sleep

Shower a little bit little

I think the room is a little bit better than a standard 3* hotel. That is why I rakned it as a 8! It is clean and big enough and the bed is so comfortable. Checkin and checkout are automatic and you can do it via a mobile app. I did not try meals so I cannot if breakfast is good or not.

Wish I had known that there was a minimum cost for taxi trips to the airport regardless of distance. The cost for a cab to the hotel from where we were staying in downtown Florence (a 30-minute ride) was the same as the cost for the 5-minute ride from the hotel to the airport.

Room was fine; we had a very early flight and wanted a room near the airport; really just came and slept there. The hotel was helpful in calling a taxi for the morning.

Thin walls, in the morning you could hear people/cleaning staff making noise really easily. Also I would've prefered to be able to use the air conditioning for heating the room a little more.

The property was clean, comfortable and homely and close to the airport for the last night of our stay in Florence. Staff were welcomibg and knowledgeable especially Alejandro. Would definitely stay again.
