The picture of the room on booking.com looks a million times better than the actual room we had. Very small and very basic. Perfect for a budget option in Venice. When we arrived, we couldn't get into the hotel. Nobody was there to open the door to the building. Luckily the owner responded to the WhatsApp message I sent her while we were outside. Sending us the information we needed before we arrived would've been helpful.

Absolutely incredible location. Right in the heart of beautiful Venice. The price we paid for the hotel, included dinner and a drink at an amazing restaurant which is just a 10 minute walk away. The pizza we had was probably the best pizza I've ever tasted.

The room was super small, with the sink of the bathroom inside the bedroom (due to the small size of the place). With that said, there were a bit of mold and infiltration along the walls and the shower kept changing temperatures (cold to hot) without notice. It couldnt hold the temperature of the water.

The location of Hotel Henry is perfect. It is not in the main street but its pretty much close to it, and easy to access. Everything you need was at walking distance, even the Train station.

The outdoor furniture was old and broken, as was the room furniture, with the wardrobe doors not closing properly, the bathroom lacked any type of toiletries (soap, shower gel etc.).

The hotel is on a quiet street out of the tourist routes and has a cute vibe on the outside. Our room was ready ahead of the check-in time. Very good restaurants and bars nearby.

The location was perfect! Quiet little street in the middle of the town, easy walk from train station and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Room was clean and neat, small, but it met our needs. Staff was wonderful, even provided us with a corkscrew and wine glasses for our wine. I would stay there again!

bathroom lights were motion sensor and sometimes would turn off even if I was in the bathroom. Couldn't figure out how to change that.

Really friendly staff, they let me leave my bags while I room was getting cleaned when I arrived. My room was bigger than I expected, AC worked so well.

The bathroom has poor ventilation. In order to get to the hotel from the main street you have to go through a narrow street that looks sketchy during the night.

The hotel is pretty close to a main street, where you can find lots of restaurants and things to do. The room is sufficiently large, and altough the furniture is old, it looks well maintained. The room is clean.

Mold in room, no space in bathroom, no closet space - closet you can’t open if you close, there was hardly ever anyone at the front desk; several couples had the wait over an hour for someone to show up to check them in. Web site said continental breakfast and there was not any.

When staff was there they were helpful, maid was awesome, location was great.

When opening the window in the bathroom, we had to be very aware that you could then see right into the room. There was not much space between shower and toilet.

The room was a decent size with table and chair. The location of the hotel was situated off a small square which provided essentials for everyday and easy to access other parts of the city. Everything was left clean.

The air con dripped all over our belongings. The guy we first met thought he was funny. We thought he was a bit confronting. I hope the 30 euro cash he took really was for city tax!

The location is very good, only 10 min walk from the Santa Lucia train station. Clean hotel, but really run down, good for one or two nights.
