In the gim there is no internet connection. The bar waiter was really rude.

Very noisey, right on the main road, local nightclub music kept us awake Saturday night until after 2am. Ants in my room, hot water tap didn't work in the bath and the shower leaked and soaked the entire bathroom. Wasn't allowed to use the pool. Which was frustrating as it was hot. Breakfast hot food was limited and very busy

The hotel was well situated right opposite the beach and marina, there was also the beautiful botanical gardens around the corner. Palermo overall was a beautiful city with a lovely vibe and a great introduction to Sicily Ror the first time visitor. The staff were warm, professional and pleasant, offering a polite and efficient service...My daughter gave the buffet breakfast two thumbs up...

The parking was easy but could have been more secure. The ATM on site didn't work.

We loved the nice and well located NH in Palermo. Views of the sea and great walking distance to the beautiful new pier with many restaurants. Easy walk to the old historic sights and very quiet. Good breakfast, lots of options. We will go again

Breakfast: Kept repeating the same things. No new menu added. No variety. Taste so so only. Can be very boring if eating for more than 2 days. Only provide one bottle of drinking water per day. The tap water cannot be used as drinking water, regardless of boiling it or not. This is very inconvenient. The front desk is not helpful at all in this matter.

Providing breakfast is actually helpful i n the area as no other nearby places operating early. If the room booking doesn't come with the breakfast, it will be a hassle. Room: quite sizeable, and clean. Terrace is nice. Can see the scenary.

The tap water is not for drinking, even if you cook it. It's cloudy and heavily chlorinated. Not filtered to the level for human consumption. Only provide one bottle of drinking water per day, which is about 500 ml. Thoroughly inconvenient and not very healthy way. Basically, if you have event at the place or nearby the hotel, or you have transport properly arranged, then only worth staying at this place as it is not near to the centre.

Room is clean, quite appropriate size, and quite good view from terrace. Breakfast is the repeat for same things every day, no changes made. Food is quite fresh, and taste is ok.

Some staff were unfriendly and did not provide enough information about the hotel facilities or nearby attractions. It would be nice to use the pool, especially since that was my reason for booking. Would like to have known about the beach too but no information even when I enquired about swimming.

Lunch and dinner food was not nice. The pizza at the hotel was the worst I have ever had and the bruschetta was really really not nice. The bar staff were rarely at the bar, so we would have to wait for 10-15 mins or more for them to return. We had drinks by the pool some days and 4 meals over a week and we were shocked by how expensive the tab came to. A coca cola was alone €5, which is way too expensive. We would have spent a lot more time in the hotel if the food was better and it was not as expensive. Lots of large conferences were held the week we stayed and men and women in business suits would congregate directly beside the pool which was a little bit uncomfortable as people were having business meetings looking over the pool while you're laying there in a bikini. It would have been less uncomfortable if they had been directed to gather in the back terrace rather than inches from the half naked sun bathers.

Breakfast was lovely and (although I am not vegan) there were lots of vegan options and gluten free. The pool was great and always had lots of sun loungers and the staff kept it clean. Staff were lovely at the reception desk and at the pool. Good choice of drinks at the bar but expensive. The mini fridge in our room was always restocked with water and crisps, etc.

Parts of our room mainly the bathroom signs of mould in the shower area particularly around the screen. Booked a double with a view was allocated a twin with view and no doubles available??!

The parking outside the hotel is taken by a couple of locals demanding payment to park, when it a public one. They are intimidating and feels like an extortion.
