How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Had an issue with room door lock, wouldn't open properly but went down to desk, and they advised a push technique while using key card
Near to the airport, easy free parking, and a really good alternative restaurant/bar 5 mins walk away. Hotel buffet breakfast ok. Really large double bed, and good size fold down bed, all nicely presented

The hotel shuttle to the airport (for which you have to pay extra) dropped me off at the arrivals instead of the departures. If I am paying 15 Euros for a 1 minute drive I would at least expect to be dropped off at the right gate.
Very decent open buffet breakfast. They also give a snack pack if you leave for a very early flight. Very friendly staff.

Bus stop to free shuttle should be shown properly in map ( & Map to be visually in the easy reach of hotel guests) Area in car park needs to be more smooth for luggege trolley bag movement

The shuttle is not 24/7 and will pay 15€ at late time but it's fine

Problems getting to the hotel from the terminal. It was never clear which 'shuttle' bus we had to get. Eventually we found an airport shuttle which dropped us more than 500 metres from the hotel which we were lucky to sight in the distance and then had to walk along and cross a busy road and then up a lane and through a car park! Arrival instructions could have been clearer. But staff later made up for it by providing complimentary return transfers.
It was okay for what we wanted: a short term stay in transit. Dinner in the restaurant was very good.

The duvet cover was quite dirty and unusable. Apparently someone had spilled a glass of wine all over it. I have no idea why the cleaning staff did not provide a clean one.
The location is convenient to the Malpensa airport. We appreciated the availability of breakfast at 5:30 a.m.

The cleaning, the smell and the food. All could be better. There is no reason to say it was very dar, but the cleaning could be better, there is a smell that could be improved and the food could have more taste.

Great option for a short stay between flights. Good sized room and bathroom. Easy access from the airport terminals using the free airport shuttle service (walking distance from the Case Nuove bus stop). Included standard breakfast.

price is a bit high and looks not reasonable
Good location if you need stay close to Malpensa ( free shuttle bus' stop is in 200 m from the hotel), breakfast starts from 06:00 am, it is good for early flights. Also it is good hotel for car travelers. Hotel has free parking place.

Walk to the bus stop in the dark without pavement or street lighting
The hotel is quite convenient for the airport - short bus ride and walk. Rooms are comfortable and inclusive breakfast was fine

Water pressure in the shower was low

15 euros for the 4 minute night shuttle from terminal 1 to the hotel is a little bit overpriced. You would expect it to be free or at least cheaper.
Overall everything is good. Nice staff, good breakfast, comfortable and clean room. Soundproof of course. It is a good place to stay if you arrive late to Malpensa.

There is a free shuttle that takes you to the airport. Breakfast is very good. The staff is friendly. The room is very quiet

The ceiling leaked water in the morning, which was probably from the bathroom on the floor above. My belongings were soaked and it was very unpleasant. The receptionist was informed and offered a change of room so that was nice but no longer needed as I was checking out. The breakfast options are small.
The location was great, very close to the airport. Room size was comfortable and connecting room request was honored. It's nearby a fabulous restaurant with delicious food.
