Feels like the hotel is understaffed and in general not suitable for so many people. Not enough beds at the pool. The breakfast is boring and same all the time. There is no menu for a extras like omelet. You have to figure that out for yourself or ask.

The housekeeping is probably the bests I’ve seen. Natalia did magic to our room. The entire staff team is friendly. The hotel is stylish and artsy, looks great. Carla the massagist is just wow!

Parts of the hotel needs maintanance to gain top review. Bubble bath in basement is broken and in old condition. Toilet in our room was falling appart. small tiles are falling or have falled of in pool. So overall feels like maintenance outside reception/restaurant area needs some attention.

Reception, Restaurant is in great condition. Staff is great and polite and helpful. Menu and food at restaurant is great.

The bicycle, that we had, were very old and made noises. For 10 EUR a day, we expected a better bike condition.

The size of the room is ok for us. Our room was next to the maintenance room therefore we could hear noise when some one was in that room: taking something out or moving things. The flow of people getting the food/drinks in the breakfast room could be improved.

the furniture is disgusting and they gave me a different room than I booked. the location is considered very far from Forte de marmi because you’ll need a taxi and there are no available taxis and if you find one they’ll charge you for at least 50 euros one way! the housekeepers are very loud in the morning and the room is not soundproof as they claim! the staff were nice to be honest but everything else was bad. not worth the money and actually it should be a 3-star hotel not 4.

I really couldn't fault anything

The hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean and the staff were so helpful, friendly and could all speak English which was great as I have very little Italian. The sea views were a bonus.

The use of bicycle cost an extra of 10 Euros per day and per person. And the staff doesn't forget to remind you each time.... When we arrived the first night, we asked to have diner at 21.00pm and the server didn't stop looking at his watch as if it was already too late. We are on summertime, it's holiday, so I don't think 21.00pm is an unacceptable dining time. Breakfast is served in a small and sad room, instead of being installed in the dining room in front of the swimming pool. And no way to have breakfast outside as there are bees everywhere. The bathroom is very small and old style. The A/C doesn't work properly and is old style as well. No French Channel. This hotel can not be considered as a four star hotel. Only the price worth 4 stars!!!
