The walls are very very thin and you can hear everything from adjacent rooms and the corridor, so bring your earplugs. There are steep steps in the apartments, might not be good for small children or seniors. The beds were extremely narrow. The bunk beds have no safety railings. The kitchen is very cramped. There were some items we missed in the kitchen - a kettle, teapot, vegetable peeler.

Very friendly staff! Sauna, jacuzzi, bar and ping pong available for the guests. Good location on the Sella Ronda between Arabba and Corvara. It's possible to get there from slope 29 on skis (but not the other way round). In the morning, there is a free shuttle to Passo Campolongo.

Wonderful surrounding, tranquility, several hiking routes in the neighbourhood. Beautiful Arabba is 5 min driving. Very good sauna and hot tub, ping-pong table. Good value for money.

It would be nice if you could add kettle to the kitchen equipment. Table tennis rackets could be improved, also light bulbs didn't work over the table. Jacuzzi had only limited nr of currents, others didn't work. Wall separating 2 bedrooms was not sound proof at all, you could hear everything.

It was nice to have 3 sinks in the apartment. Beds were small but comfortable. It was quite easy to prepare breakfast and supper. Big balconies on both levels. Friendly staff- they gave us some instructions in polish which was a nice touch

It was listed on Booking.com that there is a spa, jacuzzi sauna, and table tennis. We have not been offered any of these.

We wanted to stay in the heart of the Dolomites. And this is the place, but only if you have a car (or other form of transport). It's not a town location, but we wanted exactly this - a quiet place and no crowds close to the walks and mountain climbs. Close to many great walks. Central location to Arabba and Corvara (by car). Great restaurant with a delicious pizza (and other stuff) within walking distance. The kitchen is a bit basic but does the job. We did not expect more for the money we paid.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, it's very close to everything we wanted to visit (Marmolada, Tofane, Piz Boè...). The staff is friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend it!

No coffee machine or kettle in the room. When we arrived we got a different room then we expected from what we saw on booking site, the staff told us that there is only one room like that in the property…. I didn’t give up and they found me a room with a queen bed but with one floor .

No option to eat in the hotel, but still you can have breakfast/dinner at the hotel near by - 3 minutes walking distance. Not for people that like to be in the urban area.

Little too much noisy screeching sounds from the other rooms, specially from chairs handling. All what is needed just use some carpet washers on chair’s legs.

Reachable slopes on sellaronda, just 2minutes by hotel’s shuttle. Nice rate between price and quality.

Rules for handling trash are overwhelming, it would be great if there is something for cleaning pots, cups etc. While technically the apartment was large and we had two rooms those were separate just by thin moveable wall...

The kitchen. Although well equipped with pots, pans and crockery etc was very ill equipped in other areas. If you stay here you will need to bring or buy when many basics. There is no cleaning equipment or washing up liquid or cloth/ brush etc. Seeing as you are requested to leave the kitchen clean it would be nice to not have to go out and buy all these extras that the establishment could easily provide for very little cost. It may be the norm not to provide such extras but doing so is not in the spirit of the green agenda that is practiced very much in this area. Having to buy all these extras that will likely get left behind or thrown away is not very green. Same goes for things like sugar,salt and pepper and any other similar basics. You will have to bring them. There is an oven which is a bonus but the electronic hob is incredibly slow to heat up. Overall it is however exceptional value. But you need to be prepared.

Residence Campolongo was spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom which was small but very good. The room was simple but functional with a decent TV and a reasonably well equipped kitchen. I was at the back of the hotel which was a bit disappointing as the view is not great but because of where it is it's still ok.

The equipment and furniture in the room is outdated. There was no sponge and dishwashing detergent on arrival, which wouldn't be a problem if the dishes were washed thoroughly. In general the cleanliness is not at a satisfactory level. The bunk bed is quite dangerous since there is no railing to secure you while sleeping. The kitcheh is quite impractical because of its odd layout, thankfully we only needed it to prepare breakfast. The wi-fi (and unfortunatelly also the signal) was very poor, in second floor absent.

In the morning the accommodation offers free transfer to the nearest skilift, which is great starting point for the Sella Ronda ski tour. The location is also very convenient since it is easily accessible by skis after you are done skiing. The accommodation offers a nice spa with jacuzzi, Finnish and Turkish sauna.

The location is great if you like solitude. But Arabbe and Corvare is a short drive away. It was wonderful for us.

The accomodation satisfied our expectations. The nearest ski lift less the 1 km from Residence Campolongo. The kitchen weel equiped with nice storage. The reception deskl staff very friendly. Ski shuttel available. Parking space in front of accomodation and without problem to find free space.
