Studio nro 1 was not homely and you could not sit on the toilet bowl, because the front was facing only few centimeters from the wall. That is why also the ring was broken. Besides the air heat pump did not work in nro 1 and it was cold.

We had two studios. Apartment number 4 was excellent 10/10. But the other apartment number 1 was only 6/10. Both had all the equipment we needed for making the food, both were clean and just perfect location. Personnel at the reception contacted us nicely several times and we got good information how to get the keys.

Helpful staff just across the road to sort any problems or queries. Quite any very convenient location. Good supply of coffee, sugar, salt, water, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, towels in apartment.

A lift (elevator) would have been nice

The location was great near restaurants and shops. The front desk staff were very nice and provided useful information and suggestions. When we arrived they also helped us with our luggage. They gave us a tour of the apt and explained how to use certain equipments; the washer, the AC, among others

Needs better location of power points. The power cables for kettle and toaster were too short.

All the facilities were good. Whilst the outside weather was cold the room was always comfortably warm.

I miss a living room. I guess that people made one as bedroom, which was okay, The only thing they could have mentioned is that the second one is actually a sofa that is able to be turn into bed

It was close to city center, the reception team is really kind (making exceptions for me and my mom) - even though the office opens at 8h in the morning (not 24h reception). Regarding the apartment, I miss just a living room.

Nice location in central Bologna. Picked up and dropped of keys in the office just across the street and were able to leave our bags with them for a couple of hours after we checked out. That all couldn't have been easier and the staff was really helpful. The apartment was nice and roomy. Binder was in the apartment that had instructions for the appliances and trash. Heating was great, washer worked well, and everything in the kitchen was nice. While it's near a relatively busy part of town, the apartment was nice and quiet when we were there.

The apartment is amazingly located right in the city center. It is spacious, clean, in other words perfect. Some reviews said the bed is not confortable. It was nothing like that for me, the bed is confy and big. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It has a washing machine, equipped kitchen that might come handy for families with children. Maybe a coffee machine would be useful to add, for those who can't wait to get out and have one, but personally I would rather get out and enjoy it cause there are bars at every corner and there is nothing better than an italian coffee with a view. The staff is nice, the check in process is easy. Also a big plus is the fact that luggage can be stored there until check-in or after check-out if needed.

Nothing to dislike really. Getting to the apartment with luggage is tricky due to being in traffic restricted area but easily managed via bus/train to within 15 mins walk.

Beautiful clean apartment with every amenity we could need. Off the main shopping street so very quiet but close to shopping, food and bars. Would highly recommend! Extremely hospitable and friendly staff.

Mattresses not soft enough for us, although this might not bother younger people. Only one normal eating knife, all the others were steak knives! Decor fairly sparse and air con blows directly onto your head when in bed.
