We really did not enjoy the breakfasts. For the next time, I would not choose them. Breakfasts are a la carte (which is not a problem), but they are very very poor, there is a lack of fruit, no vegetable and in the cheapest version (20 Eur per person) you do not have anything salty. I know, there are used to have breakfasts like this in Italy, therefore I should probably count on it.

The biggest advantage of this accomodation is definitely location. Very close to the bus station, train station, all the stops of the boats. Our room (the roof apartma) was very spacious and clean. I highly appreciated the huge terrace with a beautiful view on the Cran Canal. All the staff was very kind to my children.

Only Italian tv channels except sky news and cnn, but good excuse to go out in the evening instead.

Chose local pasticcerias for brioche and cappuccino instead of taking hotel breakfast, eg Dolce Vita; hotel seemed popular with other breakfast guests. Excellent room, shower and position overlooking the grand canal and only 20 metres from the airport bus stop, close to vaporetto stops, easy walking, felt safe at night. Friendly staff and loved the laid on motor launch ride to the sister hotel palazzo stern for our evening meal. Recommend Venice tours guided tour of basilica, self guided audio tour doges palace, gelato and aperol spritz facing San Marco basin. Loads of bars, restaurants, pasticcerias and shops everywhere. Never use yellow ATM, use only bancomats.€1.50 public WC so go in bars and cafes and have a drink

The best hotel in Venice! Wonderful people working at the front desk whom we would like to thank again for the lovely stay. Underground parking-AMAZING! Yes-You can actually reach Venice by car. All the boats that take you wherever you want rialto bridge for example just 2 boat stops away- are situated just outside the hotel. Simply doesn’t get better than that. Don’t think twice just book it.

We caught the local bus from airport complete with ski bags. Arrived in Piazzale Roma wondering how we were going to drag our bags to our hotel. And there it was! About 5 metres away. Our view was classic Venice over the canal. Our room was clean and simple but luxurious. Loved it

A bit expensive...

Room 203 was an upgrade :) Canal View but noisier and smaller than other rooms. Powerful hairdryer and amazing shower body jets. Breakfast is expensive but very good.

We loved the location, the hotel and the staff. We were en route to ski and so being dropped off to the hotel and picked up with no additional need to transfer within Venice was a real bonus. We walked easily around Venice and took the Vaporetto. We ate at their sister hotel, Palazzo Stern and really enjoyed the boat ride there. The food was exceptional. I think it would be even more amazing in other seasons when you can sit on the balcony. We had the hotel breakfast and thought it was good value. We would definitely stay here again. Great view from the rooftop for a sunset drink.

Wifi wasnt working offcourse, spoiling plans for someone checking in on 31st Dec. It came back on 2nd Jan by the time when everyone was leaving venice after partying and dining! The reception guy is the worst part, very aloof and had an expression without any good approach even. The cleaning is awful. They dont do the bed even. It was food bits on the floor after cleaning!

Location is perfect for exploring Venice. Parking is excellent. Staff is friendly. Only breakfast does not give you value for money. Everything else was really as or above expected.

There was a miscommunication with the room Service as one of our Party members was staying longer in the room. The room was not cleaned and the next afternoon the room was also not cleaned even though we all left together around 10 or 11.

The receptionist was absolutely great. He asked us as we were leaving one day what we had planned and if we had booked things. We said we had not yet booked. He then booked us the tours we wanted and saved our day from being stressful and disappointing as things were Solling out fast.

Noisy and crowded area around the hotel for Venice. Breakfast style there are two types with service, I prefer minimal buffet breakfast instead.

Location of hotel there are carpark,train ,taxi and bus stations just near the hotel and Venice is one bridge only to reach. Well designed comfortable rooms.
