The street before the hotel, vandalism everywhere.

The photo and the hotel itself look great, public transport stop just few step away from entrance. I had a room with nice view at 7th floor.

One of the bed lamp was broken with the electric wires without protection. We had to ask to turn on the kitchenette at the reception, since there were no instructions. In fact it was turned off by them. The kitchenette has very old kitchenware. No coffee maker in the room, neither in the kitchenette.

We got a spacious double room with a kitchenette. The bathroom was new and with all the facilities, bathtub, shower and bidet. I liked all the shampoo and shower gel available. The hotel is very close to the city center, 10 minutes walking.

I would have appreciated some sausages and mushrooms or beans for breakfast.

A large shower box. Comfortable beds. Sat TV. Many plugs. The cured ham served for breakfast.

WIFI (internet) not working at all! Breakfast not included in the price. No gym. Only one elevator for this size of a accommodation and number of rooms. (it should be at least 3). Thin walls and celling (you can hear noisy guests from upstairs and doors from the hall.) Blankets are smelly. (dry cleaning or washing needed like yesterday).

We got upgraded room. Polite staff ready to help. Easy to find, and easy check in. Parking across the street. Not far from the city center. Big room and bathroom. Heating is working normally. Vending coffee and snacks machine.

Noisy rooms, breakfast hall not that good, small and no available seats when we got there.

the bathroom small venting window was shared with other bathrooms , which made us hear all the noises and tv sounds from our neighbor’s room.

The rooms were double the size of what you would expect; it's practically a small apartment! Having a car with us, the hotel which provides free parking upon availability is conveniently located right outside ZTL. It is a nice 15 min walk to the city center or you can take the bus instead (5min, 1.5 euros). Communication is top notch; hotel will contact you beforehand to share with you useful info and tips. The staff is very kind and helpful, ready to answer all your questions.

Quite an old fashioned hotel, the furnishings are pretty much outdated. It is located outside of the historical center, not the cleanest area. Old and noisy A/C. The room's panoramic view would have been spectacular, but a net is covering the entire back side of the hotel.

We booked the Studio Apartment which comes with a spacious room, a kitchen and a well equipped bathroom. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the Porta San Felice, having around shops, restaurants, markets. A few minutes walk to the opposite direction, right in front of the hospital, is the 944 bus station to the airport. Tickets could be bought from the Tabaccheria shop located across the street. Friendly stuff, modern TV.

No big complaints. There are some areas of the hotel that could be renovated. One downside is that although booking page says taxes are included in the price, that wasn’t true. We had to pay 3 EUR per person per night additionally. This should be better communicated.

We stayed in the room with a view and it was a pleasant experience. We received clear communication from the hotel before our arrival. The room was clean and I can recommend taking the breakfast as well. There were both sweet and savory products to choose from. We could also leave our luggage after check-out. The people at the reception desk were super nice. Quite close to main tourist attractions - 15-20 minutes on foot. There’s also a bus stop near the hotel.

the shower didn’t have much pressure and the pillows were really hard. found a cobweb or two in the room. not big deals though, had a very pleasant stay.

The wi-fi was very patchy - really not good enough

Wonderfully helpful staff , and a considerable room. Plenty of toiletries and bathroom towels. The staff gave us a kettle for our room on request.

AC didn't work causing hotel is about to start heating season. Out temperature was over 20°C during whole week.

Stuff was very polite and helpful. Room was big and cleaned every day.
