Rooms are not sound proof at all and my room was next to the lift and I woke up several times during the midnight due to the noises from outside. limited breakfast items and breads.

Location of the property is about 20-23 mins walk from Termini station and also you can take a direct bus to/from the hotel. Room was clean and the size of the room was fare enough. Breakfast was limited , but the quality was good.

The elevator was very tiny. Our luggage can hardly fit in. The gentleman at the reception was not friendly and not helpful when we asked him for direction how to get to the Termini station.

Breakfast was very good. A lot of variety, coffee and juice was unlimited. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is very close to the bus stop and one ride to get to the Termini station. Wifi was very good and fast.The female receptionist was nice, beautiful and kind.

We were located in a room for disable person, so bathroom was specially fitted for that reason, with high toilet , bars ect. Shower need repair. It wasn't bathroom I would like to have on holiday. We Went for lunch in hotel once, but food selection wasn't good, for that we didn't try dinner there.

Breakfast was good, with nice selection of baking and lovely. Room was spacious, and clean. Service in the restaurant was very good.

I think they need a 2nd coffee machine to help with the queues, although they do serve drinks behind the counter that i found out after day 2

Breakfast was really good. Plenty of everything for a Continental Breakfast. Bacon,Sausage,Scrambled Eggs. Plenty of cakes, Cereal. Fruit, and Yogurts.

The first room was with handicap toilett. It was impossible to use when it was a big opening down in front. The second room had air-conditioning outside, Impossible to think or sleeping. The third room after expensing upgrading was OK.

First we stayed in a quad room which was very (too) compact. Second, we had booked a quad room with a balcony, but that could not be given for the first night. Also, the mattress was too soft.

First, its location is about 10 minutes' walk from a nearby tube station. Good and delicious breakfast/dinner (half board).

The wi-fi connection was very weak at the 3rd floor. It is a little bit far from the city center. However, the metro station was almost 7-8 minutes walk away.

A very good hotel, at nice price, with confortable beds, wide rooms and clean. It serves a very good breakfast with choices for all the family.

There were no electrical outlets near the beds.. the only outlets were in the bathroom and behind the TV. Fortunately, they were able to give us an extension cord for our cell phones and sleep apnea machine .

Kind staff and always willing to help. I don't speak Italian, but they were always able to speak to me in English. The hotel is close to the subway, making getting around the city very easy. When I go on vacation, I spend a short time at the hotel. So, the next time I return to Rome, I will most likely look for a place in this hotel!

Internet is awful. Could be some more cheeses and cold meats for breakfast. The room patio lacks furniture. A bit cold in corridors.

They have a very good computer/printer at the reception to print e.g. boarding passes. Good heating during the afternoon.
