That the shuttle bus wasn’t operating when we stayed although was told it was before we arrived. Apparently operating from next week which meant we had to pay for taxis to get to stations for a couple days but to can walk to stations even if hotel says no footpaths you can.

I wish it was easier to book tours. They were filled up when we arrived so I suggest booking before your arrival.

My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay! We had the suite and the view was spectacular! The staff is very helpful and the bartenders and restaurant are very good as well. Train is nearby and the hotel has an hourly shuttle. We went to Sorrento and Pompeii by train and it was simple. Our weather was not great but we did manage to dip in the sea and get in the pool one afternoon and it is lovely!

Overall, the bar staff (with the exception of one young guy) weren't very friendly. They made it clear that if you weren't there to spend a lot on alcohol, you weren't worth their time or attention. Despite the fact that this was a converted cement factory, they could do more to warm up the place and make it look and feel a bit more comfortable. bath/shower was difficult to get in and out of.

The location of the hotel was great. Far enough from the mayhem of Naples and not nearly as expensive as Sorrento. The pool and bar areas were nice and the sunset views were beautiful. As an American traveler, I would have preferred to skip the American 80s playlist and just listen to local music being piped in. The young woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We had very early excursions and she was kind enough to order breakfast boxes for us to take along. It was very convenient to have secure and covered parking. Also convenient to have towels available at the pool and beach.

The restaurant staff made us feel very rushed when we were having our dinner. They just wanted us in and out. We were never asked if we wanted desert or coffee. Very little choice around for food you would have to go further if you didn't want to eat in the restaurant. Which is fine because the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the local train station which is less than 5 mins aswell. Gym only opened from 12 which is a pity alot of people prefer early working out. I thought 20 euro charge for using the pool is scabby. There's not much to the pool it's quiet small and very limited. It should be open to the all guests.

Bar staff were lovely and great craic. The guy who looks after the pool was lovely and friendly aswell. Shower was amazing. Shuttle bus to the hotel was great and handy. The view is breathtaking. Bed was comfy. Spa was lovely and treatments were relaxing.

There could be better options offered or described to get to the hotel without a car. It is a fairly isolated spot along a highway.

The view was incredible, with a seaside room facing Mount Vesuvius. The desserts at the restaurant were amazing. We took the small shuttle tour along the Amalfi coast and added a boat tour which was well worth it.

The Hotel is in an unique location the views are just outstanding from the hotel from Sorrento toward Mt.Versubio and the coastline.The food was outstanding and the restaurant where very good.The breakfast was buffet but it had everything that you needed and plenty to eat.The snack bar is very romantic and relaxing at night to sit and sea the coastline and to have a drink.The room was beautiful and comfortable the private beach is clean and just perfect and the service there to get a chair and umbrella and the towel is fantastic with live guards.The pool is beautiful and they have a Club and they did fireworks at night of the coast very nice and enchanting.

The bathtubs/shower hard to get in and out of. A little dangerous. We could not get wifi in our room the whole stay. The hot breakfast very limited and gone fast. We stayed a week so would have been nice to have had more variety and more quantity so later guests can still get breakfast. People were literally fighting over the bacon. Would have been good to have had access to a few english channels or at least english subtitles. Would be nice to be offered shuttle direct into Sorrento, instead of having to take train. Happy to pay more for the shuttle price. Otherwise was a lovely stay.

The food at breakfast, particularly the eggs need improvement. I love eggs but on the 3 days I was there they were just not good so I couldn’t eat them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The standard of the hotel was good and the view of Vesuvius was amazing. Everything was very clean and well kept.
