I am a light sleeper and the train passing by woke me up several times. The first two nights the bathroom and bedroom were not warm enough.

Breakfast was Super! A great variety of offerings and considering that it was low season, the staff even went out of their way to see to our needs.

No service at breakfast, had to follow staff around to order coffee Room really needs a renovation/ uddate esp new mattresses and the bathroom (toilet flash, shower head, sink). This can be done without losing its classic charme

The main disappointment is the number(((( I don’t understand on what basis they were given the numbers. The room is a former hotel service room. The entrance was through the restaurant?!?!? and we, in a swimsuit, went out into the pool through the restaurant's visitors. The window in her daughter’s room looked out onto the restaurant hall and she could not sleep while the guests were eating, talking and listening to music. The partition between our bedroom and our daughter’s is just a plastic curtain glued with adhesive tape.

The main advantage of this hotel is silence, view and city. The service and staff are simply top notch. They helped us with excursions, advice, and taxis. The restaurant is small, very delicious, but the menu is limited.

Main areas very pretty and comfortable (pool, patio). Enjoyed dinner, drinks and morning coffee on the front terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. Nice breakfast with good selection and excellent coffee appreciated the towels and basket to take to the pool very clean

We arrived tired from the airport but we didn't manage to rest because after lunch there was a children's party in the hotel restaurant with very loud music that lasted until the evening.

Our bathroom was worn out and not 100% clean. Hot water was not hot but just warm. Breakfast (probably because of off-season) was not very rich, bread was defrosted (once even still frozen) and no vegetables were available.

WiFi was a bit spotty in our room. Not many healthy options at breakfast (but the cakes were amazing!)

We originally planned to stay for one night, but ended up staying four nights. Villa Kinzica is a charming, country house-like hotel right by Lago d’Iseo, perfectly located for short walks and long hikes in the mountains. Our spaceous well-equipped room was the perfect hideaway for a few amazing days. Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good and the hotel just has a lovely, cozy vibe. We’ll be back!
