There is nothing more important than a good, safe, secure apartment during vacation with family. lovely place to live... super service and personnel! "a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. With the next opportunity to visit Venice sure we will book apartment in Villa Moro Lin!

Great location, very quiet and safe, yet just a ten minutes walk to center, and close to bus stop to Venice. Lovely furniture, well equipped kitchen, large garden.

Although we checked in the day before we arrived for 4 adults and a child with passport data for each, when we arrived at the villa they were annoyed that we did not announce in advance that we were 5 to prepare the sofa bad in one of the apartments. We asked for a blanket and we didn't get it. They blamed each other and finally apologized for forgetting. We wrapped the child with bathrobe in the night because it was cold. The shower cabin is horrible. There are no places nearby where you can go out for breakfast.

The location looks very good, the rooms are large, with everything you need and the yard is very beautiful. The bus stop is near the gate. During the period when we were there it was a direct bus to Venice only in the morning, until 9:30, then you had to go down to the center and take another means of transport.

The beds were spring mattresses and not the most comfortable but when that’s the only negative I can think of then that speaks to how great the place is overall.

Everything. The apartment was spacious, beautiful and clean, the entire apartment ground was very large and quiet (peaceful and felt like we had the entire place to ourselves) not to mention the staff were extremely pleasant, helpful, and quite funny. Whenever I’m back in Venice I’ll be making it a point to stay there.

The water pressure in the (amazing) bathroom was low,

The complex was amazing, the room spotless clean with very special unique decor, and maximum privacy. Free parking within the enclosed complex, a step away from local transport into venice.

Nothing - just no real bowls ! But maybe Italians dont have cereal like us

Stayed for 2 nights before flying out of Venice. It’s easy to get the bus & tram into Venice - literally over the road from the apartments and takes around 30 minutes. The apartment had everything we needed. Bonus being a washing machine - we’d been to other places en route that listed having one but it wasn’t true. This did and was great to reduce washing on our return home. The pool & seating area was brilliant and never overcrowded - I guess most people were seeing the sights. Communication with the host was fab and I would totally recommend staying here & being able to park your car and chill out a bit just outside Venice !

Kitchen not so well equipped. Sleep for family of 4 not as comfortable as expected, one of the beds being too small.

Strategic location with spirit, very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic to explore Venice (bus-stop right in front of the facility). Great swimming-pool.

There was a coffee machine, but a kettle would have been great.

Location was great, bus stop right outside to take you into town or to Venice. Owner was friendly and helpful. Children loved the pool. Apartment was spacious and comfortable.

The whole place was beautiful. The grounds are lovely. The pool was really nice as well with comfy sun loungers and lovely and quiet when we were there. The apartment is huge and really nicely decorated. The staff were friendly. Easy bus ride into town. We weren’t there for Venice but I think it’s very easy to get there from the property.

There were a lot of stink bugs, we had to clean them up first, but beside that, property was clean, and comfortable. A bit too expensive though considering value for money, for beginning of October.
