The restaurant was hardly ever open, and it's hard to find places to eat near there. The Front Desk was also very rarely open. It was mostly conference attendees, so the restaurant was reserved for them.

Excellent views of the beach. Walking distance to the best restaurant on the island, and Palm Beach is a less touristy place to enjoy a swim and a tan.

Expected more for price. Lacking attention to detail.Coffee wasn't replenished for 2 days. No plunger coffee. No umbrella or shade on deck. Minibar and snacks available but way too expensive. Restaurant only open Thurs - Sunday.

Beautiful view. Bed comfortable and nice linen. Shower good pressure. Swimming pool was amazing!! Clean and a lovely pool area.

Parking was a bit average, little bit out of the way, un forecasted rain made a massive noise during the night hitting the tin at bottom of our door, not too bad but I would expect better that that….

The restaurant was absolutely rubbish. Due to location, we didn't have a choice to eat there. Overcooked steak, waitress forgot some of our order and our takeaway dessert tasted like a supermarket bought cheesecake. Will never ever go here again.

The room was tidy and had accommodation had basic ammenities.

We got a downstairs room and the room above had kids and when they woke up every foot step was heard. They are kids all good but could be better if they had downstairs so we could sleep in more.

Cleaning was a big problem, we were there for 9 days and although I asked for housekeeping to clean the unit I was in, it did not happen. I was unable to clean myself as there was not tools to do so e.g. a broom/vacuum cleaner, products cloths etc. There were a lot of ants as well.

The location was great, the beds were comfortable and the linen being changed each day was exceptional.

The outdoor hot tub was cold and low in water by the time other guests finished in it. It was supposed to be shared but the same group held it for hours. I think there should be some management over this.

The rooms and the scenery are beautiful. The staff are very friendly too. It's pretty central to the wineries and the food on site is awesome.

The place is starting to show its age a bit, and for the price of over 400 NZD a night, the villas really need a re-fresh. Chipped paint off walls, yellow heaters, ripped material on the sun lounges, water cup marks on tables, sand in the sofa, and cracked tiles in the bathroom. One towel per person (no pool/spa towels) and !no robes/slippers!

The location, view and spa pool area are great. The staff were friendly. We found the beds to be comfortable. We have stayed before and we would stay again.

The view from our accommodation was beautiful. The location was peaceful and just a short walk to a stunning beach. The staff were all lovely and the restaurant had a great atmosphere.

The outside lights on outside the bedrooms made it hard to sleep especially when the security lights came on. Needs extra block out curtains over the small windows as the wooden blinds dont block out the light.

Great location, nice clean apartments. Spa and pool were really nice to enjoy. Incredible friendly staff, very happy to accomodate and assist us with queries.
