    “The room was okay. Just a standard hotel room. I wish it had a lamp between the two beds on the nightstand and it could use a deep cleaning (corners, under the fridge, etc.) and the mattress needed to be flipped. The small landing at the bottom on the indoor stair well needed to be cleaned. And some scratches on the walls in the room needed spot covered. The breakfast was okay. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, make your own waffle, slice bread, bagels (a toaster), prepackaged muffins and fruit cups, 2 cold cereal options, instant oatmeal, milk, two juice options, yogurt, and coffee. No extra pet fees. Front desk person was very nice.”

    “I love to drive the Historic 66 hwy. And this motor court is a perfect place to stay. Phyllis has put the work into restoring this nostalgic motel with colors, decorations and ambiance you'll find relaxing and entertaining. I have stayed twice within 6 months and I feel the same about each room. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped with a nice shower. I didn't need to use the flat screen TV, microwave or apt. size fridge. My initial stay was in November when Phyllis was nearing the completion of the renovation; this time I saw her work done. I really enjoyed standing in the center of the courtyard looking at the cabins brought back to life. The price is definitely worth the experience.”
