The TV is so old and outdated. You can't see the program the screen is so tiny. Stay modern, buy bigger TV'S now.

The bathroom floor has dribble of pee going right to the toilet. It looked like vomit on the door.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The only protein available was hard boiled egg. The only fruit was banana. The only way to have something hot was to toast a bagel or make instant oatmeal.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. My brief interaction with staff was good. The facilities are older, but provided everything I needed for a single overnight stay.

The rooms on the outside of the C building are literally yards from the busy road and fire station.

Friendly, simple, clean. Nice continental breakfast. The garden area between the A and B buildings is lovely.

The hotel isn't anything fancy, but pretty comfortable. There is a nearby EV charger at the city hall next to the hotel; it's super convenient!

The cleaning. We were 5 people, and stayed 3 nights. We needed to clean the rooms and also towels. Despite the fact we asked at the reception, we did not have that service.

Reception staff friendly and polite. The hotel and grounds were kept clean and tidy. The rooms were large, lovely, and clean. Breakfast was enough to get your body going for the day.

My only complaint is the carpet in the rooms (and halls ). It’s ugly and very dirty. It certainly detracts from the overall cleanliness of the rooms.

The breakfast covered carbs and protein with breads, cereals, yogurts, boiled eggs, and juices. And of course, coffee. Nice location and I enjoyed the morning paper! Staff there very friendly.

The breakfast is really insulting and no variety. No fried eggs you can have nor fresh bread nor cheese. The room was not sound proof at all. We heard the neighbours and the outside noise when there was one.

The WIFI was good, the bathroom and the room spacious and the beds really nice and comfortable. The room was clean and was cleaned every day when putting the sign for cleaning request outside of the door. We could park our car in front of the room for free. Airconditioning was good, but loud. The area was good with many restaurants around. Laguna Hills is a nice town.

The carpet had gum stuck on it. The box springs were dirty giving an overall feeling that the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been.
