it was very clean and well kept. good roof top terrace with a pool and access to another pool at a local property which was amazing. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. the breakfast was also very good.

Room was as described on listing. Staff did not speak English however this was not a problem, check in was smooth. Parking was available at the back of the hotel, and well situated. 15 minute walk to supermarket and main restaurants. Wifi was OK, dropped in and out at times but usable. I'm assuming there once was a restaurant in the hotel that has now closed, as the towels and bathmats we were given were in fact linen tablecloths and napkins. We stayed here to drive around towns in Tuscany and it was a good location, you can drive to Montepulciano in about 15 minutes.
