it so clean, it so friendly, the breakfast was awesome. the property is so nice. one of the hotels we ever visited. highly recommend. if you want to visit Venice just stay there. there is a bus stop right outside the property who takes you to piazzale di Roma in 20’. from there you take the boat bus to San Marco. Perfect location.

Very Neve small hotel. Needed to stay close to airport . This one is. Located close to by stop. Very beautiful inside! Vert clean! Family running hotel. Lady was soooooo nice and helpful! Great coffee for the morning and the other food.

Beautiful grounds and the animals were a wonderful highlight! Had to leave quite early so an ample amount of sweet pastries, snacks and nibbles were given the night before to take with us in the morning. All in all a lovely overnight stay and very recommended.
