Close to venezia and beautiful location

The property was near bus 5 and 19. Both buses go to Venice. Just 16-17 minutes bus ride. Also, the property is near Marco Polo Airport. For people whose flights sched are early like 5 am, the place is perfect. Breakfast was also included in our stay. Price was not off the roof but we experienced great service.

We were there for venice one day tour with family .The staffs were awesome in every aspect they were helping on how to schedule the tour to Venice . The breakfast is exceptionally tasty especially the coffee ☕.

The best host ive ever met since ive been in Italy. Cozy room, variety of breakfast choices. the accommodation is very convenient to go to the airport or venice. Just a 15 min bus ride, which you can buy the ticket from the host (from and to venice). She even suggests us a very good place to have dinner.

The hotel is very impressive, elegant, newly furnished. Our room was very spacious and beautiful, perfectly serviced every day. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The coffee machine in the room made delicious coffee, it was a wide selection and the coffee stock is replenished daily at no extra charge. Breakfast was really good, fresh juice, various fruits, sparkling wine and more. The staff is extremely kind and caring. The hotel staff arranged a free tour to the Murano glass factory right from the hotel door. It was a really wonderful experience at this hotel.

Mr. Periera is a great front desk host along with other team members. Breakfast was nice. Room was spacious and clean and most importantly the staff is very helpful and accomodative. They allow ro store your luggage and use washrooms and refill waterbottles even hours after checkout. Thanks again Mr. Periera.

our 3rd time staying there and staff very efficient and friendly. Free parking and 5 km from airport which we walked from after returning rental car. There is a very good family Italian restaurant within a 5 min walk as well as a large grocery store to pick up drinks for room fridge...... would def stay there again

The host/owner was AMAZING. She helped us understand the bus to Venice, where to buy the tickets, and she has maps available as well. The breakfast is a setup of the typical European breakfast but it is setup at the table based on the people staying in the rooms- meats, cheese, pastry, dessert, juice, cafe... We also had dinner here one night and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend this place if you do not require anything fancy for your stay and don't mind traveling a bit to the center of Venice. The bus is only about a 20-30 min ride and the stop is only 1 minute walk from Hotel Colors.

A wonderful place to relax. Nice and quiet. From 8 p.m. the island goes to sleep, which gives you the opportunity to rest from the noise of Venice. Close to transport to Lido, Burano and Venice. Very good contact with the owners. All problems were solved quickly. Clean, fragrant, Airco in good condition. I read a lot of bad opinions about breakfasts, but I thought they were very tasty: rolls, ham, cheese, egg, butter, jams, honey, Nutella, cereals, yogurts, cake, 2 types of juices, coffee, tea. I left full every time.
