Very clean, with convinient location. We used it as a rest stop during our travel back to Bulgaria from France. The staff was very professional and kind. The food at dinner was of very high quality.

Very nice hotel, close to the highway. We had a very big family room with two single beds and one big one. There was enough parking spots in front of the hotel even at midnight when we arrived. The reception is open 24/7 and they accept pets.

Very nice breakfast, great coffee, great choice when it comes to breakfast, large dining room, entire place very clean. It's about 13-15 mins walk from main train station which is very helpful, Good walking distance (about 15 min) to Bassilica of St Anthony and about 7 min walk to Piazza de la Frutta

Location is great! Easy reach from main train station by tram or even walk. Close to the Scrovegni Chapel - Giotto art work, and to historical center. Extremally friendly staff that exceeded my expectations. Big food store "PAM" in 5 minutes walk. Nescafé coffee machine in the room. Very nice light in the room.

Everything was excellent. Large parking lot. Comfortable and clean rooms. Easy access to the highway. Recommended.

Love the room. The size of the bed, plenty of pillows and the size of the bathroom is perfect.

The hotel check-in experience was very satisfactory. When going out, you can ask the hotel front desk to help you hail a taxi, which is very convenient. The front desk staff are warm and professional. The breakfast here is especially rich in variety, allowing you to fully experience all kinds of delicious Italian food.

Fantastic hotel! Charming, clean and cozy. Top location for exploring by foot. They have their own parking in the back yard, which was very important for us, because we were travelling with roof box on top of the vehicle and it was too high for the underground garages. The parking places are limited of course, so you better ask them for reservation in advance. Overall we liked it a lot, we will be happy to come back again and we recommend it to everybody!

The hotel is well-managed and organized, reflecting a long-standing business tradition. All receptionists are wonderful and courteous, especially the tall young gentleman. Besides excellent knowledge of the city, outstanding communication, and friendliness, he demonstrated helpfulness and a willingness to solve any kind of issue. This young gentleman means a lot to this hotel. Additionally, I commend the hotel's location as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms.

I had a great one-night stay. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, with well-furnished, comfortable rooms and a newly renovated, very spacious bathroom. Everything was spotless and well maintained, the room was exceptionally quiet, making for a very relaxing night's sleep. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of major attractions such as Prato della Valle's square and the Basilica of Saint Anthony. The host was welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. I'd happily stay here again!

Good value for money. The location of the hotel is good, close to the park Prato della Valle and the church of Santa Giustina. They offer also parking (a bit pricey in the main season probably, but is in the center). They gave us a discount for parking. Breakfast was really good. The room was small, but it had all we needed and it was clean. Also, the staff (Mr Dean) was really kind and helpful.
