I liked everything! Clean, great breakfast. Some old plumbing and furniture need to be replaced. But it wasn't that important considering the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable beds. Good sleep and a good breakfast before long walks around Venice. What else do you need :)

It was so near to train station. The price was completely worth it as it was so clean and it had everything ready in room. I was there only one night and I couldn't use breakfast or other facilities but I was totally satisfied. Also the price of keeping a pet was so convenient.

The host was very nice and helpful, and gave us a list of places to go and how to get there. The room was very neat. The location was great also in getting to and fro. I loved every bit of my stay.

Clean and simple hotel, with daily room service. Very close to the train station, with polite and helpful staff.

Bus stop right next to the hotel, great restaurant near, bed was comfortable, staff was helpful, had a great stay.

Really nice and clean. The aircon is a bit tricky to turn on. Breakfast buffet was really yummy and nice staff. Location, just one train station to Main Venice train station and close to bus station as well.

The location is unbeatable. You can see the hotel upon exiting the Venice mestre station. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Very good hotel, bed is super comfortable. Room is clean, well maintained and quite. Very good location if you travel by car, there are free parking spots. You can buy tickets at reception, then bus directly to Venice.

The property is sophisticated, luxurious, expansive, well maintained and includes excellent parking. The reception and restaurant staff were very courteous and efficient. The room itself was very modern, clean, and spacious. The local environment is very quiet and feels safe. The breakfast buffet included a very impressive selection of savoury and sweet offerings. Coffee was perfect. The hotel provides a modern and comfortable shuttle bus service to Venice – and this was a great feature for us. Overall, this is an exceptional property that is also great value for money.

Hotel room very well designed to maximize the space available. Enough room to unpack all needed. Well maintained. Proper bathroom facilities. Well situated. Very comfortable bed.

The property is located in a very nice place, 15 minutes on foot from the train station. The staff is polite and the room is very small, but it has bathroom and comfy bed.

we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. We had very clean and white towels and bedsheets. Next day our rooms were cleaned. Everything was very good. Thank you!
