The staff is very kind, the place is very quiet and comfortable, the room was the right size, the shower was terrific, amazing The breakfast was everything I expected Close to the bus stop, restaurant, café and pizzaria, and very short time on the bus to the vaporetto

I keep returning to this hotel because I always enjoy my stay, love the people who work there and take pleasure in its old charm. Having breakfast in the garden is such a wonderful way to start the day.

Location is very good, it is a classic hotel but very clean and the staff are very attentive and nice. It is in a main street full of shops, cafes and restaurants. Only few minutes walk from the boat that takes you to venice, murano etc

The area around the property is absolutely beautiful. If you are coming from the main island of Venice, you can take a vaporetto ride and then either a short bus ride or a 12 minute walk (along the water!). The hotel itself is beautiful and the room itself was well worth its price. The included breakfast was a nice start to each day and after spending time in the hustle and bustle of the main island, I am extremely happy that we chose to stay on Lido.

An excellent location for visiting Venice. Close enough to the Lido vaporetto stop, and just a short walk from Lido beach and the main street. A very quiet and clean hotel. The air conditioning provides good cooling, and the room and bathroom are spacious.

Rooms are big and clean. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast great, lot of choices. Beds very comfortable.

The staff was very welcoming and supportive. The breakfast was awesome. The room was very clean. We found the complementary tea and coffee inside the room.

Absolutely nothing to dislike! From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty! From the front desk staff, to the bar staff to the restaurant - everyone made our stay perfect! This was our 6th time in Venice but first stay here. Exceeded our expectations! Thank you for some wonderful memories!

Rooms have a nice modern decor. Lovely big shower. Great air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location just across the road from the ferry terminal. Friendly staff. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Beautiful, charming hotel overlooking Venice right on the laguna. Unique!

Modern, clean and cozy. The room was properly cleaned, had comfortable bed, storage spase and shower/wc ensuite.

Lovely place. My room was clean, comfy, and spacious, and the view over the laguna was spectacular. The bathroom was also clean, modern, and spacious, with plenty of towels. Breakfast was good, a fairly traditional buffet, but everything was fresh and of high quality, and the cappuccinos were made on the spot by very attentive staff. The reception staff was likewise competent and polite. The area felt safe, right next to the vaporetto for a quick connection to Venice proper.

A little Villa Oasis on Lido. Very nice breakfast, very good coffee. Great air conditioning, very well located to travel to the Biennale and to visit the Venice Lido. Very lovely vintage flair. Very nice staff. Would come back!

Clean, esthetic, great breakfast

What an amazing hotel, steeped in history. The staff are excellent and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room looked out over the front of the property, was large and very comfortable with lovely furniture. It has a great location, just a few minutes walk from the Lido water bus terminal, and a few minutes from the beach on the other side. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our only complaint is that we were told that there were no more pancakes available, and this was at 9:30am, an hour and a half before the breakfast service officially ended.
