The staff there, Gazi and Sameh, are amazing. Communication was easy since Gazi speaks quite a few languages and English fluently. The homemade cookies at breakfast are really very good.

The room was clean and cozy. The facilities were working and fresh towels were provided daily. The view from the terrace was amazing! It is located just below sunset point. The breakfast buffet was great. The guys at the reception (Ata and Mert) were really helpful. We booked our hot air balloon ride, ATV sunset ride tour, taxis and shuttle to airport from them at very good rates. I reached before my check-in time and they even offered me breakfast for that day for free :) I missed my flight and they even helped me book another flight. The hotel location is a 5 minute hike from Goreme center. It is great value for money as other hotels in its vicinity with similar view were very expensive comparatively.
