This was my first time staying at a hostel and I was hesitant to do it, but the service was incredible and I did not feel much difference compared to hotels. Very clean rooms and restrooms. Staff is super friendly and humble. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty with so many varieties. Location is great for anyone visiting Salvador, Bahia. I met people from all over the world, including Europe, North America, South America. I had an unexpected incident during my travel and the hostel staff including the owner (Olivier) were super helpful and assisted me in every way possible. Definitely coming back if I visit Salvador again.

Well located near the historical center (within walking distance). Nice pool. Good breakfast. Comfortable and clean. The staff were INCREDIBLY helpful and friendly.

Ubytovanie Pousada Quintessência sa nachádza v destinácii Arraial d'Ajuda 5 min. Amazing hotel with a lovely staff that does everything in their power to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The owner was also really helpful and supportive when we needed help. The facilities of the hotel are great especially the outdoor seating area with the pool is a great place to relax.
