During our 16-day holiday in Japan, my husband & I, together with another couple, stayed in 7 ryokans/hotels & Iseya is the BEST! The hotel is new & clean & the facilities are so good! We opted for dinner & breakfast in the hotel & we were so happy & satisfied with the quality & freshness of the food & service level of the attending staff who went beyond their call of duty to make us comfortable! Special mention goes to a male service staff (I think he is the supervisor; forgot his name but was Mayama or something) who served us dinner on 15 Nov. We wanted to order a bottle of red wine & sake to go with our dinner & asked for his recommendation. The sake he recommended was so good, we decided to buy 2 extra bottles to bring home! When this same male service staff heard from us that we had to rush off to catch the ferry to Kumamoto the next morning & breakfast only starts at 7.30am, he left word for our breakfast to be ready earlier. We were pleasantly surprised & so grateful that a new batch of service staff were waiting for us at the dining room when we went down to checkout at 7.20am on 16 Nov. Really fantastic service! The staff are very helpful. The senior Japanese helped a lot in managing complicated things for us. I came here twice and will come again.

Lovely sleepy village just out of Nagasaki. The rooms were beautiful and the futons very comfortable. Lots of amenities provided and the shared showers were private it didn't feel like a shared bathroom. The bikes were handy to have available to make the short trip to a wonderful Nigiri dinner. Was the best stay of our trip.

El Luke Plaza Hotel, situado en la montaña Inasa, ofrece vistas espectaculares desde sus cómodas habitaciones, su restaurante y su bar. It was a beautiful place to stay. As soon as I stepped into the twin bed room and saw the facilities, and then looked at the view from the window I just let out a deep breath and relaxed. The staff were very helpful. I appreciated using the free shuttle bus to the railway station, but I also used the local bus service a very short walk from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent too. If I had the opportunity I would definitely return to stay.

El Inasayama Kanko Hotel se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche de la estación de tren JR Nagasaki y ofrece baños públicos y un salón sky con unas vistas preciosas de Nagasaki. Location was awesome, attention was great, room was huge and had amazing views. Onsen was a great addition.

Great value, tiny Western style room with everything my wife and I needed for our two night stay. About a 10 minute walk to the tram or there are closer buses.
