Everything! This was a last minute booking and we were not disappointed! It was on the most beautiful beach and the views from the windows are incredible. The fridge had everything we needed for breakfast for a few days and the property manager went above and beyond. We hired a car and This really helped. Incredible restaurants are just a walk away.

The view was breath-taking and the host could not have been more helpful and friendly. To have such an excellent villa all to ourselves was indeed the stuff of mythology. The rooms were delightful and spacious. The swimming pool a joy to use and the patio seating luxurious. Kea is an unspoilt Greek Island and we will certainly be returning as a week was not long enough. In truth we wanted to stay for a very long time indeed.

This is a lovely, isolated villa, just a couple of minutes drive from Ioulis. It is just off the main road and is readily accessible by car. It has ample parking space. Our host, Mrs Vasileia, was there to greet us with the keys. She had baked us a delicious cake and there was water, orange juice and wine in the fridge and a few kit-kats for the kids! The veranda facing West has a spectacular view of the town, Makronissos and the East coast of Attica. The house has big, spacious rooms and French windows all equiped with window nets. There is a big fridge, an electric kitchen, a washing machine, a hair dryer, three fans, books to read and basically everything a family might need on a holiday. The decoration is very tasteful and there is an extremely helpful, printed guide of the island for the visitor in Greek and English. The wi-fi signal is great. There is also a smart TV with Netflix in the lounge. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with a shower. Everything was perfectly clean! There is no air conditioning but it is pleasantly cool during the night and we didn't even use the fans. Mrs Vasileia is very polite, discrete and communicable and was more than happy to lend us her phone charger when ours broke. We loved Xyla beach. Spathi and Poisses beaches were also beautiful. Otzias beach can be too crowded.

This house is simply stunning ! Great 360 views, impeccable decoration, comfortable and close by the port and beaches. Efthymios was easy to communicate with and made our stay very pleasant.

Everything was clean, and the location was very quiet. Close to a super market, so it was easy to get a few things for our stay. There was parking for our car, outside the apartment.

The neighbour’s cat was lovely! Maria had left us water juice etc which was a great touch. Everything was clean and the sheets crisp. Maria was very helpful and answered lots of questions and picked is up from the port. She also had excellent restaurant recommendations. Wifi worked.

Sunsets are unforgettable. It is very clean, well designed and tastefully decorated. However, its greatest asset is the owner, who cares about the comfort and well-being of guests. The pool has the same fabulous views, is quite deep at one end. it was a good enough size for us. You need to realise that the pool is unheated and, because of its depth, it is refreshing.
