The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facade looked lovely and it is located just by the beach but a distance from town. There is a sushi place 2 doors down which was exceptional.

I have already reviewed but to add one more thing — the attendant behind the desk was rude. She was busy with someone on the phone when I came in. So I waited and waited. Finally got off phone after at least 10 min. Then started to help me. Started clicking away to see my reservation, the phone rings AND SHE STARTS HELPING THAT PERSON ON THE PHONE!!! Ok - all she had to do was say, I’ll be with you in just a moment AND PUT THEM ON HOLD while she finished with me!!!!
She was VERY UNFRIENDLY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Great little town with a real sense of community pride.
Great little town with a real sense of community pride. The town center has everything you could ask for - walkable, many restaurants, a long interesting history which is proudly displayed, movie theatre, live music, etc. Walking tours featuring the architecture and history of the town were very pleasant and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and proud of her town. The Inn at the Mission hosted a town Halloween Night Out with vendors, food and drink, and was very well attended by costumed both young and old.

Was a convenient location and a comfortable room.
Was a convenient location and a comfortable room. You have to pay an additional parking fee of $15 which I missed on description--it needs to be upfront with prices. Plus, you can only park one car; if you arrive in more than one you can't book a room and have to go elsewhere. That needs to be clearly stated.

If you are staying in San Juan Capistrano there is plenty to do. Go visit the famous Mission San Juan (where I went to school 3-8). The beautiful beaches of Dana Point and San Clemente are just a few miles down the road. After you hit the beach you could go grab dinner at the Dana Point Harbor, and do some shopping after.

Booked three months ahead and when we got there the front desk person said she will have to charge $80 more for each room because they are “busy” this weekend. After the Babel and forth which was not appreciated after a flight with two disable elderlies with me we settled into our room for the price I booked.
The non smoking room for my grandparents smells like an ashtray... the water was shut off for 6-7 hours because someone broke the pipeline. We couldn’t freshen up or use the toilet. Again, two 94 year olds were there after a flight since 6am... the facility itself was average but the service and experience was terrible. No one apologized or provided any accommodations maybe because they were too “busy” to care. I would not recommend anyone I know to come because you can be stuck in their housing keeping situation and no one would care to check on you. It was a third of our stay we didn’t have running water. This isn’t ok with a resident let alone a hotel. We couldn’t leave because this was close to the wedding event but oh boy they will need to do something major to my business again.

The staff is so, so nice!
My car was dead when I went to check out. One of the maintenance guys brought his truck over to jump it, and the hotel manager had new jumper cables. Got me right on the road. Above and beyond, I would say!
The hotel is not fancy, but the rooms are clean, and the beds are pretty comfortable. The prices are amazing for San Juan Capistrano! I will continue to stay there when I'm working in town!
The pool side bbq at night was fantastic! You could order burgers and eat as if you were at someone’s bbq pool side! The seating all around the hotel is set for conversation and family time!! We will be staying again!! The breakfast was made to order, a selection of five main plates. I had the eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash browns with a waffle. I also had a bagel with cream cheese. It was excellent!!
A beautiful and immaculate hotel with impeccable service from every member of staff. The pool area is lovely and the other outside spaces are comfortable and very inviting - for example there are lights and fire pits everywhere. The food and drinks are very good and the access to other restaurants and coffee shops in the local town is fantastic too. A quick drive to the beach. What a great hotel.
The location is fabulous if you have things to do in San Juan Capistrano, and since it’s close to the freeway, it’s also good if you are going outside of town. The hotel itself is delightful and the staff are wonderful, always friendly and helpful.
I liked the clean and fresh rooms....the sensor lights and enjoyed my stay. I felt safe and secure.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend your hotel. Everything was close to Capistrano Metro and the Mission.
Great location, staff was helpful and even though I was given the wrong room by a third-party agency, Snaptravel, the hotel was a great place to stay. Next time I'll book direct, Snaptravel almost ruined the whole experience.
This was a restful, beautifully designed hotel. Our family loved relaxing by the pool, strolling around the nearby town, and eating a delicious meal inside the on-site restaurant.
