We did enjoy our stay at Hotel Alto, the ski in ski out as well as the facilities were great but the information on booking.com is misleading. If we could arrange an all inclusive package we would come back. There is no free breakfast it cost $20 USD pp for a basic buffet breakfast. There aren’t many options close by unless you have a car to drive to las trancas. It feels like there is a charge for everything, 3000peso for a swimming cap then another 5000peso per visit to the hot springs. The staff were all amazing and friendly and it seems like they try and have one staff member available at all times who can speak English. There was limited Wifi within the hotel itself with only the bar area and hotel lobby being areas you could connectGeorgiaAustralia
