We loved our stay at Spectra Lodge. The rooms are super well decorated as well as the main room of the lodge. We really feel we are in a fairy tale! We were sleeping in the enchanted forest room with a huge comfortable bed it was hard to get out from after a nice sleep! James and Kris took care of us so well. Kris cooked very good breakfast and full dinner. In addition, dinner and drinks were at a very fair price. James gave us a lot of information on what to do in the area but also in sur chico as he lived several years in pucon. He planned different day trips for us to choose from. We really felt home with a five star service. We also enjoyed playing with their dog Taika and petting their cat Maple (or at least trying to), they're so cute! Now that we're gone we're already feeling nostalgic about this place. I really recommend this small lodge!

Everything. This was by far the best hotel of our road trip to Chile and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The building is an architectural wonder and built with 300° views of the lake. Fans of Frank Lloyd Wright and other modernist architects will adore. The hosts are super kind and gave advice on day trips. Also a top quality breakfast with amazing cakes.

This place is close to the sea in Viña del Mar, in almost central location but very quiet, with a beautiful garden which offers a relaxing atmosphere. All was wonderful in this place, from the breakfast served by the owner Adri, always extremely kind, friendly and helpful, up to the help of Christian in indicating places to visit and reserving restaurants for us. It was a very pleasant stay in the Christian and Adri's place.

My family spent a very comfotable night here. The rooms are bright and clean in a beautifully restored old house and grounds. Carlos and his family offered superb personal attention; we did not want for anything. The breakfast was delicious.
The town is a lovely old place with an interesting local museum very nearby.
In summary I would wholly recommend Los Artesanos to anyone stopping in Villa Alegre
