This little boutique hotel (6 rooms) has marvelous views on the river. Rooms are very comfortable, and the owners are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Valdivia and Niebla are easily reachable by car from the hotel. I definitively recommend this hotel.

We would absolutely recommend the Augusta Appart Hotel. The renovated building was beautiful and our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel’s location in Cerro Alegre was just perfect! Pilar, the manager, was adorable and very helpful during our entire stay. Don’t forget to ask her about the stray dogs she cares for ;)

We liked literarily everything. The room was very cozy and clean. The whole hotel and the courtyard as well. Beautiful and cozy garden. The owners paid a great deal attention to details when they renovated the place.
Breakfasts were excellent. Made to order, served in the courtyard.
The hotel is at a great location. Plenty of restaurants around, close to the beach. And we felt very safe there.
But first and foremost the owners are the nicest most friendly people. Despite being busy running the hotel they always had time to chat. And they spoke excellent English - very important, since we did not speak a word of Spanish.

The room was beautiful, the bed was confortable and the views over the city and the port were breathtaking. The location was good and quiet, thus a little far from most of the attractions of the city. We enjoyed the breakfast and the garden. The staff went above and beyond to help us.

This was a wonderful place to stay during our time in Valparaíso! Location was perfect, room was super clean and had lovely views of the water and city. The delicious breakfast was a great start to our days and Paula was super friendly and helpful to us during our stay. Totally recommend New Voga Guesthouse and we will be back! :) Thank you again Paula for making our stay in Valparaíso a memorable one!
