We loved our stay at Spectra Lodge. The rooms are super well decorated as well as the main room of the lodge. We really feel we are in a fairy tale! We were sleeping in the enchanted forest room with a huge comfortable bed it was hard to get out from after a nice sleep! James and Kris took care of us so well. Kris cooked very good breakfast and full dinner. In addition, dinner and drinks were at a very fair price. James gave us a lot of information on what to do in the area but also in sur chico as he lived several years in pucon. He planned different day trips for us to choose from. We really felt home with a five star service. We also enjoyed playing with their dog Taika and petting their cat Maple (or at least trying to), they're so cute! Now that we're gone we're already feeling nostalgic about this place. I really recommend this small lodge!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location is awesome. Comfy beds and the breakfast is made with soooo much love. We loved our stay so much we extended for a few more nights. But by far the best thing is the staff. Connie always greets you with a big smile and is super willing to help and give tips for the area. And Nieve is just the sweetest person, she has sooooo much passion for her hotel and her guest and really makes you feel like home. It is a beautiful English cottage in Puerto Natales.
The place is very tastefully done by the couple who own and run the place - Carlos and Christina.
They made us feel very warm and took very good care of us during our stay there. They made us a good breakfast every morning and even on days when we had to leave early for our excursions.
They helped us with all the best tourist activities that had to be done at and from Puerto Natales.
Felt like home. Absolutely lovely, wonderful and honest people.
Very convenient place to take the navigation to Mirador Serrano Glacier.

The room is cozy, clean and it has a wide view to the city below! Very charming! :) The bed is big and very comfortable, nice sheets, lots of space in the bedroom to store luggage and sit and rest. Beautiful colors in the decor. We loved it!
