We were 2 couples that stayed in this hotel for 3 nights after a week of hiking in the Chilean Patogonia. The hotel was fantastic with Karen, the owner, that gave us great feedback and response from the time that we first enquired about a possible stay there. They were very friendly and helped us with problem free return transport from Santiago airport. Pilar, the manager, was great with suggestions on what do do and were to go in Valparaiso, a city that is well worth visiting. Pilar’s wry humour was a great source of amusement ! The facilities and great view of the hotel over the city was great. We can without any reservation recommend a stay at ths exclusive small boutique hotel .

Carolina was so welcoming and helpful. We stayed in one of the bungalows and it was really comfortable. You could walk to the main tourist spots and there was a lovely restaurant just across the road too. Comfy beds and good breakfast. Very relaxing stay.

Everything was great! The location with river and mountain views is amazing. You have the most amazing view from your bed. The beds are comfortable, the room is beautifully designed, the bathroom is great. They have thought about many details that make the experience better. The hot tubs in the forest looking out onto the river were fun. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the food is delicious. It’s not too big so it’s quiet and it doesn’t feel crowded or busy - a perfect place to relax. It was worth the drive and we were very pleasantly surprised to find such a beautiful and peaceful place in nature. We highly recommend it and we would go again and again.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was substantial with a wide variety of items to choose from. The common room on the top floor provided a great view of the coastline. The location was within walking distance of many restaurants.
