Excellent water views, close to beach. The breakfast (mostly buffet style) was good, staff were friendly and helpful. The large room was quiet with a comfortable, large bed, good bathroom, reliable hot water in the shower and good heating. All set in an old, very elegant house, with lots of character.

The location is top. You have a very nice view from the hotel (depending on the room) and it was very clean. The staff is very nice and we could leave or luggage there oven after check out. In addition the breakfast is very good

This room provided all amenities we needed during our stay. The location is convenient to restaurants and stores in the area. There is parking in the building in case you have a rental or bring your own vehicle.

Very nice spa hotel just in the beachfront of Maitencillo. For some reason in the coastal area in Chile there are not too many hotels, but this one did the work greatly. We went in September so it still was cold, but wasn't an issue since there was a heated pool (working until 22hrs) and the hot tub was included into the price. We also didn't have issues to find a parking slot since we were in low season. The restaurant within the hotel was quite decent too, nothing to complain about. I guess it can be a bit pricy for Chile standards, but it's a small hotel with spa so I can understand why.

The location, room perfectly clean and comfy, the staff is great.

The terrace is lovely, and you can enjoy drinks while lying by the pool, which is actually warm! The view from the terrace is nice as well. The rooms are cozy, good hot water, the WiFi is strong and you can cast from your phone to the TV. We have stayed here twice, and I don't think I could stay anywhere else. There is valet for your car, which is a really good service. The check in process is a bit slow, but not bad. The breakfast was really nice as well.

The location was great and to be able to get a private twin room in a hostel was ideal.

Nice staff, very unique place, beautifully maintained

First of all, the staff was really helpfull and nice. The house itself was beautiful and we enjoyed our room and stay from the first moment on. The building has a nice history which was told upon check-in through a short tour. Yes, the place was old but in a good way. Modernisation would just kill the ambience. WiFi was fast and worked in every floor and terrace. Coffee, tea, still and sparkling water was available free 24h. Place was was and felt safe. We would definitely stay again there.

Spacious room, very large and comfortable bed with very nice covers (not the usual different blankets thrown together). The room was warm The breakfast buffet included various choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything! The hotel was an ingenious combination of traditional and contemporary. Spotless! The food was super. People queuing up outside the restaurant! The staff were charming and poor not do enough for us!

Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient...very welcoming. View from the room was INCREDIBLE! We saw sea otters numerous times as well as a variety of sea birds. Room was a good size and well-maintained. Breakfast each day had an excellent selection and was fresh and regularly replenished. Could not fault hospitality team...wonderful.

We arrived for star gazing…but it was too cloudy. It was also too late to use the facilities. Beautiful location, Robinson (driver) was a joy, staff were all incredibly friendly and the breakfast / dining options were superb. We would definitely return and stay longer and hope for clear skies!!

Loved everything especially the breakfast and staff. Good base for exploring Casablanca valley, amazing views and super comfy bed.
