The staff's friendliness and attentiveness are beyond great; they pay attention to every little detail. Even the ladies who serve breakfast are incredibly friendly, genuinely interested in your trip and experiences, and very, very kind! The girls at reception were also wonderful. They helped me book a very special tour when I thought it wouldn't be possible, as I was trying to book just the day before. I always left at 6 a.m. to start my tours and daily activities, so I wasn't expecting to have breakfast at the hotel (which starts at 7). However, they immediately offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast for me every morning, which was just perfect for the kind of plans people typically make here. I would definitely stay here again! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, a nice shower, and a well-appointed bathroom. The hotel also offers spacious and convenient free parking, the hotel is located just 1 km from the main city square.

The owners are wonderful ,warm and professional .They looked after me as family. Big room.spotless clean and quite. Breakfast is cooked to order and a breakfast bag was given on my tour days The owner gave me plenty of tips and places to see and recommended restaurants and cafes. I left my bag for storage without a fee and when the pre booked taxi did not show up for my tour day pick up,the owner gave me a lift free of charge so not to miss my tour . I recommend this place 1000% I will come back if am visiting Patagonia

Beautiful design hotel with gorgeous views to the channel and the mountains surrounding Puerto Natales. The cuisine is simply delicious, with several traditional Chilean dishes, I totally recommend having diner there. Ideal place to stay just before the Torres del Paine adventure or to chill out and enjoy the landscape after.

We loved our corner room that had a wonderful view overlooking the city. We also had a delicious breakfast down at the restaurant. We love the little boutique elements, such as the fun light fixtures, and all of the plants making it a very unique Hotel! We also loved the staff. They were super helpful and accommodating with helping us get laundry done and also with helping us figure out how to get to the airport when Google maps was saying a different address

Helpful check in staff and a lounge and cafe to use while waiting for bus stations were my favorite parts of the hotel. There were beautiful views from the lounge and from my upgraded room. After hiking for 5 days and spending nights in a tent in the wind, having heated bathroom floors and big comfy beds was amazing. The meals and restaurant service is excellent, as is the bar. I would definitely stay again if I can still afford to in the future!

We stayed here after a week of hiking in Torres del Paine park. The hotel was a great haven of luxury and comfort after this hike. The staff were very friendly and all fluent in English. Nice little town.

Nice little town. I stopped there for my trip to TdP, and it has lots of restaurants, bakery, coffee shops, pretty decent size Unimarc for grocery. I rented a car and drove to TdP daily. The drive is nice, not at all time-wasting.

Great location and nice views around.

Great location and nice views around. The hotel facilities are good, incl pool and spa and restaurant/bar. The breakfast is also included. The hotel is just outside the national park and you are allowed to fly drones. The only issue we had is that we booked two rooms for three people, one room is for two people and another one is for a single person. However, when we checked in, the hotel system only showed two rooms for two people, and we were asked to pay extra fees for the third person. After showing the three people booking evidence, the extra fees were waived. We didn't know where the problem was, in Booking.com or in the hotel system?

Small town with great food. The place i stayed was Yendagaia House and I highly recommend it. You can travel by road through Tierra del Fuego to see king penguins at Penguino Rey. The best kept secret here is the Parque Estromalitos. One of the few places in the world you can see them and it's just 10 minutes from this beautiful city.

Cerro Castillo is a good compromise to stay to visit the park (It's around 45 minutes drive to the Torres Del Paine NP). From Puerto Natales it's 1,5 hours drive and within the park there are only very expensive or very basic (and still expensive) options for staying. You need a car (also in the NP) because of the distances and very limited shuttlebus options.

Puerto Williams is not a historic Spanish town.

Puerto Williams is not a historic Spanish town. It was founded in 1953 as a Naval base. Today, with a population of 3000, there Is less Navy and more civilians. People are friendly and say hello. The museum about the native communities is fabulous though comment boards are only in Spanish. The oldest house in Tierra del Fuego, a first evangelical missionary house, is located in front of it. It was brought from England. Many people come to hike the most southern circuit in the world but be aware, it is a tough hike and you definitely need a guide as the paths are not always marked and steep sections are full of slippery rocks and the weather varied according to a couple in the hotel who had just returned from the five day hike.

Very beautiful. Nice hiking.

Very beautiful. Nice hiking. However, the park office has NO maps and there is no internet when in the park so using trails and navigating is difficult. You need a photo of a map on your phone. Also, we had no idea the roads were so bad, had we known that we would’ve rented a different car other than a small economy car. The roads leading to the park and in the park and very bumpy gravel roads in bad shape. An SUV would be advised. The park is beautiful with many beautiful overlooks and trails.

Puerto Williams looks like it used to be more charming.

Puerto Williams looks like it used to be more charming. Perhaps we came during the Christmas and New Years holiday, but nearly all of the shops and restaurants were closed. I heard that it never really bounced back after COVID, but I am hopeful that we were just there during a slow time, since some of the restaurants and shops looks really charming from the outside. A local told us that it's a combination of things. Cruise ships do stop here, so I am hopeful. However, we did walk around and get some snacks from the local market and sat with a wonderful view of the channel to enjoy our purchases. There were some cafes down near the wharf that we didn't have time to visit. All of the locals were very friendly and helpful. Knowing Spanish is a great help.
