Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an all-inclusive stay and the food was amazing in every meal. Also beautiful facilities -- amazing view, great spa, sauna and pool, and a lot of cute common spaces to hang out in. They also have an in-house tour operator that organized all our hikes so well!

Everything was great starting from the staff and ending with the breakfast, room was clean, location was very central and close to many restaurants!

The breakfast is really nice And the location excellent.

The hotel has a warm and comfortable feel to it, which is apparent when stepping into the reception area. The room was very spacious, comfortable, warm and clean. The bathroom was also spacious. Breakfast was great. I would definitely come back!

From the moment we set foot in Weskar Lodge, we loved it. The staff was very welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean. Wi-Fi was fast, and the restaurant and bar were amazing. The views over the lake were fantastic. Ample parking spots. Walking distance to town (about 15-20 minutes). Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with quite some varieties. If you are looking for a comfortable stay in Puerto Natales, this is the place!

Great location and dinner & view there is amazing!

Juan and his wife were the most sincere and thoughtful hosts. They allowed us to check in early and left my daughter and I some sandwiches and muffins for breakfast the next day as we had a tour leaving before the included breakfast time commenced. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Yes, it's an older property and the rooms are small but we were more interested in travelling around Puerto Natales to really worry.

What a fantastic place. So close to the park entrance, comfortable accomodation (we stayed in a lovely pod but there are rooms within the main lodge too), delicious food and wine but most importantly, the staff were absolutely amazing. Always smiling and willing to help with suggestions or any queries and genuinely lovely people. Thank you so much, we’d love to return one day to do more walking and hope some of you will visit Scotland to see our country too.

Honestly the best hotel we stayed in Patagonia. The decoration is beautiful, the rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and very willing to help. The hotel also has a bar with an amazing view and they offer you a welcome drink which didn't happen in any of the other hotels we stayed.

The staff at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed incredible views of Torres del Paine without even leaving our room, this exceeded our expectations. Despite its remote location, the meals offered at the hotel were satisfactory and quite filling. The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned every day.
