SpainA great hotel, the staff were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this hotel. It's close to restaurants and the parking was by the hotel. When it got cold they fire was lit and we enjoyed a comfortable couple of hours reading by it. I would stay again.

Everything! The property was spotless and the view was incredible. You are ON the lake! We had some cold days and nights and Sergio always made sure we had lots of wood and the fire was always on. The house was super warm and incredibly cozy, and has everything you need. It is one of the most beautiful settings we have ever stayed in. I cannot wait to go back and would recommend these cabañas to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Panguipulli. Thank you for everything Sergio and Paola!

Valdivia is not a city you get to know in one week.
Valdivia is not a city you get to know in one week. The number of attractions is insane, and there's always something to do. If you are nature-oriented, or architecture-oriented, or history-oriented, you got it. Even the more sporty ones have a place, especially if you like water sports.
All in all, one of the most beautiful places I have visited in Chile.

I wouldn’t recommend to rent this place during the winter...
I wouldn’t recommend to rent this place during the winter time. It was very cold inside of the cabin. We had to sleep in skiing jackets and hats. The owners do not provide heaters and it’s next to impossible to heat up the bedrooms. They have a wood stove that doesn’t make much difference. In addition, we had to wake up every two hours to add wood in the stove. However, I can imagine this place can be lovely if you stay during the summer since the view and surroundings are beautiful.

Neltume, Chile, is a breathtaking hidden gem in the Los Ríos region, defined by lush, ancient Patagonian rainforests, crystal-clear lakes, and stunning, direct views of the Choshuenco Volcano. Situated right next to the Huilo-Huilo Biological Reserve, this serene village offers unparalleled nature, bordering the serene Lago Neltume. It is located merely minutes from Puerto Fuy, the gateway for the ferry across the deep blue-green Pirihueico Lake.

Valdivia was nice with the river front markets and sea lions a great spectacle. Lots of tour options and great seafood to try.
One must be careful in Valdivia with robberies are not uncommon, specially break ins to vehicles. Had my car broken into. Unsure if I will go back. It left a sour taste the whole experience.

there are lots of great hiking trails in the area, all well...
there are lots of great hiking trails in the area, all well marked and extremely scenic. the Bike trail is also good. Netulme itself doesnt have much in town but you come here for the outdoor activities. If you have a good cabin (which we did) and are well supplied you dont need restaurants and bars. for me this was a great place to chill and recharge.

Beautiful place to visit in a long weekend with family or a romantic stay.
The riverside walk at noon is beautiful and if you have a car, open sea with big beaches are very close.
The fish market is amazing.
For people ho enjoy architecture, are amassing building all around.
