We liked the style of the building, the style too. Great view from the room and the dining room. Good choice of breakfast but no cereal. Enough car park space. You can actually bird watch from your room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was lovely since the beginning, the room was cozy and warm, the food at the restaurant was delicious and always available, and it was great to have facilities like sauna and swimming pool after a long day out. (Breakfast was delicious too). The internet was fast and available from all the places of the hotel, which is great for people who travel for work. The location was more than excellent, having the main places very close, like Castro Cathedral, many cafes and restaurants, crafts fair, and the coast.

The location was magical with views of the other palafitos and across the water. The breakfast room/shared area was charming, especially with the breakfast table atop a dinghy and it was well positioned for the views. The construction of the buiding with wooden shingles, floors, walls and ceilings was charming along with the artesanal art pieces on display. There was room for two cars to park in front of the premises which is rare for the area.

Friendly, clean, quite, secure, value for money, lovely location, see views, walking distance to tourist attractions. Fully recommend it!

Acogida muy simpática, atención muy cariñosa, noches muy tranquilas, desayuno muy sabroso, localización bien central para visitar el archipiélago. Todo muy limpio, vista linda al lago, especial gentileza de Doña Fresia, quien nos preparó un delicioso desayuno todos los días incluso cuando quedamos sin electricidad! La dueña Rosario muy pendiente de cualquier ayuda o consejo que necesitábamos.

Good location. The staff were really friendly. The atmosphere and food in the hotel restaurant were excellent.

24 hr access to front desk after our ferry from Puerto Cisnes to Quellon was delayed 9 hrs, we arrived at 5 am instead of 8 pm. Staff very accommodating 😊 very clean and quiet. Wonderful breakfast included

It was a very confortable place , with s very friendly staff and very good service. The breakfast was great and the restaurant as well.

Everything is perfect: the room, the amazing waterfront view, the breakfast and I would give a 10 out of 10 for the warm-hearted staff! Do not miss the fishing wharf - go there in the morning and you will have the reward.

Nice, cosy and quirky hotel room, with traditional study decor and arquitecture. Good breakfast with the basics and really comfortable beds.

The location is in a beautiful pastoral part of Chiloe Island with views of the water. It was the most peaceful hotel stay we have ever experienced.
