We liked the style of the building, the style too. Great view from the room and the dining room. Good choice of breakfast but no cereal. Enough car park space. You can actually bird watch from your room.

Location:quiet,beautiful landscape and with a very nice view over the water.Yet only 20 km from Castro.Due the to location, availability of a car is highly recommended..Staff are very friendly and helpful.The restaurant serves really good food.Recommend the use of the hot tub which is located in a beautiful spot.

Very cosy and friendly place to stay in Ancud. You can easily walk from the hotel around the city. Roberto was very diligent in making sure I was comfortable and made the stay super easy. I had dinner one night which was an absolutely acceptable home cooked meal and breakie was fresh made toast, eggs and avocado. Perfect.

View, location, value for money, really helpful staff, great restaurant. Helena in particular helped us when our car broke down c.20km from their hotel. She translated and coordinated all communications with our hire car company, insurer and basically saved us from a huge pickle. We are truly grateful to Helena and all the staff couldn’t be more helpful! As everyone says, breakfast (and coffee) is indeed excellent!

Great little hotel attached to a popular restaurant and bar. Located very close to the Plaza de Armas and restaurants but not noisy. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast good with customer cooked eggs. Room very efficient for the class of hotel, including thoughtful extras.

Acogida muy simpática, atención muy cariñosa, noches muy tranquilas, desayuno muy sabroso, localización bien central para visitar el archipiélago. Todo muy limpio, vista linda al lago, especial gentileza de Doña Fresia, quien nos preparó un delicioso desayuno todos los días incluso cuando quedamos sin electricidad! La dueña Rosario muy pendiente de cualquier ayuda o consejo que necesitábamos.

24 hr access to front desk after our ferry from Puerto Cisnes to Quellon was delayed 9 hrs, we arrived at 5 am instead of 8 pm. Staff very accommodating 😊 very clean and quiet. Wonderful breakfast included

It was a very confortable place , with s very friendly staff and very good service. The breakfast was great and the restaurant as well.

Customer service was excellent. Staff were really kind. Beds were comfy and view over the water was lovely. There was an empañada stall right across the road and a restaurant next door, both of which were tasty and excellent value.

Everything is perfect: the room, the amazing waterfront view, the breakfast and I would give a 10 out of 10 for the warm-hearted staff! Do not miss the fishing wharf - go there in the morning and you will have the reward.
