The hotel is very nice, great location near the center of Puerto Varas, excellent view, specially in higher floors. But it also has a very nice terrace view place on the 8th floor with an incredible view of the whole city. Nice morning lake views.

Staff very friendly, specially the staff during breakfast and in the restaurant.

The hotel overlooks the lake. Since the weather was god it was a beautiful sight. Quiet location, the staff was polite, breakfast room is large, secured parking. Unfortunately we stayed only one night

Such a fantastic hotel! We arrived by car and were able to park right outside the front door. Immediately a young man came out to help us with our luggage. As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, fresh with suitable options. We loved the location - close enough for a walk to the CBD along the waterfront, but with close by access to a choice of restaurants and shops. We loved being able to watch the ibis and other birds in the trees outside our window!

the staff was very friendly, always! From check-in to check-out, they arranged a taxi for us more than once, it always worked out perfectly. The breakfast is nice, the view hard to beat! Overall a great stay

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was lovely since the beginning, the room was cozy and warm, the food at the restaurant was delicious and always available, and it was great to have facilities like sauna and swimming pool after a long day out. (Breakfast was delicious too). The internet was fast and available from all the places of the hotel, which is great for people who travel for work. The location was more than excellent, having the main places very close, like Castro Cathedral, many cafes and restaurants, crafts fair, and the coast.

The following Lines will sound like a commercial but it is how it is. We loved it here. What great Staff at this Hotel! We made a mistake with our Booking and the Frontdesk Personal was super helpful to change it and find a solution for 13 People of our Group :D Also on many other occasions the Staff including Restaurant Personal and Cleaning Personal was super helpful and friendly, great Vibe in the Team. Rooms were excellent by the way. Also Restaurant on the Rooftop had top Food. If your looking for a good Stay in Puerto Montt thats it.

A bespoke retreat set in woodland not too far off the main road. The property is something to behold; a blend of timber and the owner's (Victoria) own creative artistic touches and flourishes, from decorative details to general design. Great meals on a 7 day rotating menu and an wonderful owner/chef team only too willing to go the extra mile to bring drinks to your room! Victoria's from Argentina, speaks good English and brings a homely cultural flavour to the house.

The hotel on its own is astonishing. It’s very romantic and beautiful. The crew is very kind, the dishes were delicious. Rooms were very clean and well isolated as for such an old house. A gem in this region you truly want to spend your time.

Great location with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were helpful and there was an excellent restaurant onsite with a 10% discount for guests.
