The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience...

The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience were great. The breakfast in my opinion must be looked into and improved. Here are some key points you can improve: - Choice of food: You should propose more choices like Hummus, moutabal, labneh, salmon, different kind of ham (turkey, veal, chicken, beef, dried, etc.) - The scrumbled eggs were dry, scrumbled eggs must be creamy - More choice of fruits (we had a only small plate of fruit cuts) - Labelling : if it is Milk label it milk, if it is almond milk label it almond milk. My son served himself with almond milk thinking it was milk according to the label and spit it because he was surprised by the taste. Good thing he is not alergic. The breakfast buffet and service gave us the impression of not being at the same level of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast service : We waited too long to have someone to come seat us We waited too long to have someone come and take the hot drinks order. The hot drinks self service machine was down The waiters come to our table and do not remove the used plates. Regarding the room: The AC in the master bedroom was blocked and too much cooling, plus there was odor in the room. We did not call, because we wanted some intimity. Please make sure the rooms are in pristine condition for the guests before checkin. it is very frustrating to have to interrupt our time in the room to call maintenance to work on the room. In Room Dining: The food was good, but delivered without bread (an arabic mezze without bread...) and the delivered bread was not up to the expectations. The food was also delivered withiut tissue. There was no tissue in the room. We asked for but never had them. Overall you should be proactive to avoid customer frustration. So the service matches the Venue. Pristine room befoee checkin, Pristine service don't wait for the (bad) comment to act upon it.

My wife and I are overwhelmed with the total experience and serenity this resort gave us during our stay. First of all, the pictures and videos on the internet doesn’t do any justice to the beauty and serendipity of this beautiful lavish resort. You ought to visit and see it yourself. The staffs of this resort is the backbone and the reason which made our stay very pleasant. I’d like to specifically mention the names and their roles to appreciate their great service. Ranesh - bell desk team Ahmed Azeez - restaurant CK - chef Sobiya - reception Yanis - restaurant John - restaurant George - lifeguard / front desk buggy team I’m definitely coming back soon with my entire family and friends.

The only drawback of the place is the lengthy (140 km) first part of the trip from Abu Dhabi to Liwa. But once you are there, the last 50 kms are a delight for your eyes. Then: very relax and friendly welcome, very competent reception and treatment, interesting and well run activities. What more do you need ?

The resort itself has nothing to complain except hot water not always available. Room is comfortable and spotless clean. In-room swimming pool not big but very well maintained and very very clean. Staffs are very helpful and nice. Hotel decor is modern yet authentic. But do not expect they have a lot of activities like other desert resort does as they are still very new (better to check before you go because they are adding activities). I have stayed in the resort twice this year already and would still want to go again.

The perfect glamp - simplistic yet elegant, basic yet stylish, traditional yet modern. a real good touch with showing the traditional Bedouin lifestyle way of living but with the luxuries and necessities of modern day life. surrounded by the beautiful liwa dunes and plenty of activities to get to. The hospitality was second to none- the owners / host made us feel like we were home from home; I certainly had an experience I had not planned for but came back extremely happy with having booked this place.

This is not a hotel, but a place to have the best experience of the desert and traditional culture. Tent was well equipped and very clean. Bed and pillows extra comfortable, we had the best night sleep surrounded by silence. The sunrise when leaving the tent was breathtaking. Food was local and delicious. Staff helpful and generous . Don’t miss the dune bashing! An experience you will never forget. Our stay at Liwanights was magical! Thank you Liwanights family, cant wait to visit again!

It was very unexpected journey for us. When we got there we realized the hotel is inside a valley in the Empty Quarter, near Tel Moreeb, the place for Liwa International Festival. I was worried due to I needed to park my car bit far from the hotel. I only saw the camels and the closed muddy roads due to the heavy rain one day back. When I came in the hotel everything changed. The Nepali waiter was so nice to serve us date and Turkish coffee. And he also helped us to take our luggages.

The Hotel is brand new but yet historical as it was recently renovated and opened. rooms are really nice and comfortable, it exceeded my expectations. The location near Moreeb Festival and attractions is fantastic. The staff, especially Mr. Saleh, the front office manager who was a constant presence ensuring our comfort 24/7. He made our stay exceptionally pleasant, and we would gladly return next year to meet him again. Highly recommend for a great and quiet experience in Liwa Oasis

Although you pay a lot of money it is worth every penny of it! One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. What a place, in the middle of the desert, with so much luxury, such a view from the balcony and such a great restaurant. The staff is absolutely wonderful and extremely helpfull. Thank you Hassan, Aziz and Angela for making our stay so fantastic. We will treasure our memories. The reality is even more beautyfull than the pictures on this site!

Amazing place. The desert looks endless. Fun activities for the families with kids. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel at home. Loved everything about our stay. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, all requests are attended efficiently. Special thanks to the Chef that baked my birthday cake. This was by far the best cake I’ve had in UAE.

Staying at Liwa nights was a transformative experience. From the second we stepped on to the property we were treated with care and unbelievable hospitality. It was beautiful, peaceful, etherial, cultural - we could not ask for more in a getaway.
