How can you just describe in few words when you found your SOUL PLACE? This place is just amazing, beautiful beduin suite with full privacy and absolutely georgous view. But what is making this place different than any other places are people..staff. The atmoshere they were able to create is incredible. You literally feel like you are at home with your own family and friends. I feel I have to mention all of them who made our staying so great that we will be definitely back with our kids. It all starts with Mr. Tom, GM, who welcome you personally immediately after you step into the building. Our staying was whole time surrounded by Mr. Soshan, funny, nice and highly professional front desk magician who always answered all off our questions. Also Mr. Michael who is your guide through all the activities in the desert has high knowledges about everything around you. Last not least is the restaurant and everybody who works there. Everything in the kitchen is under the control of THE CHEF Mr. Piotr. Beginning the huge variety of the breakfast through the whole until the late hours he will the ANYTHING to make you and your family happy. We had a great chicken terrine with truffle sauce and the best beef wagyu carpaccio we ever ate (even the one in Tokyo was not better). And waiters and their manager made us feel like we are the only and the most important guests in whole resort. I jave the Gluteb intollerance and they really did a hard job to make me feel that I have the same options as others. The manager Mr.Prokash and his team were so nice and naturally helpful . We never expirienced that before. Mr. Remy was always coming and just asking how we are doing. Mr. Anjal, Mr. Dushan, Mr. Jorl and Mrs. Swarnali knew our names and what ate last timr and offered always something what would might be similar style as we liked before. They even stay longer than regular opening hours of the restaurant jist zi let us finish our drinks..

Banyan tree has excellent standard around the world, this Dubai establishment is no exception! The enitre property is stylish, elegant and has an element of Zen and Japan! Quiet luxury to sum it up! Service standard is unparalleled. On the day we checked out, we stayed at the poolside till late afternoon. We were kindly offered to use one of the room for showers and freshen up! This is my first experience ever! Only at Banyan tree! Shout out to all of the staff at Banyan tree Dubai! We booked with half board. The 3 course menu at Azizi was not only excellent, the portion size was the same as per the A La Carte menu!! Breakfast was also excellent at Azizi with unlimited a la carte orders off the menu! Impeccable quality in every sense. I would definitely come back next time im in Dubai! Im also tempted to experience the sister hotel Delano right opposite!

I think this is the best hotel I have stayed in. 10/10. Massive, two-tower hotel/residence complex in the Dubai Marina district. Excellent location. You can even walk around the area, which is quite rare.. Numerous restaurants and bars on the premises, some top notch. Exceptional luxury service. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend the junior suite, which also gives you access to the Level 5 Lounge; definitely worth the upgrade. The staff were exceptional. From the airport pick up, to check in, then concierge service, lounge staff. Components and thanks to all. Choosing this hotel is a guarantee of a good stay on Dubai. It’s not cheap, but you get what you paid for, and more. Will absolutely return.

Outstanding Stay at JW Marriott Dubai Marina I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Marina and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is stunning, with elegant interiors, a beautiful pool area, and a perfect location right by the Marina. What truly made my stay unforgettable, however, was the incredible service. I want to give special thanks to Ms Khatuna at the reception – she welcomed me with genuine warmth and went above and beyond throughout my stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a real difference. Also, a big thank you to Miran, who assisted me during check-out. She was efficient, friendly, and ensured the whole process was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and will definitely return!

Ms. Mukhabat, who was at reception, helped us a lot whatever we needed. She was so kind, smiling; and to the point for fixing things. I should say all the others at the reception were very good as well.

friendly and helpful staff. eco friendly. overall clean and comfort. but highlight very close to metro and mall of emirates. also shops nearby, including walking distance laundry, in case.
