"My stay at The Lana Hotel in Dubai was amazing in every way! Everything was 10 out of 10. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Their smiles were always present, and they were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. When I informed them before arriving that I was celebrating my 15th wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room as a lovely surprise! They also provided us with a cake and balloons in our room. The pool area was fantastic, offering a panoramic view of the Burj Khalifa and all of Dubai. As for the food, the staff by the pool was great and the food was delicious. The only downside was the limited dinner options in the half-board package we had booked. However, when we informed them that we wouldn't be dining there, they offered us an alternative and arranged for us to dine at a nearby Michelin-starred restaurant called 'JAR.' I highly recommend staying here!"

From the moment of check-in, the service was five-star—staff were attentive, professional, and made every interaction feel warm and dignified. Special thanks to concierge Mr. Francis, check-in staff Mr. Mohammed and Sophia, and all the staff at the Club Lounge and Ms Nour from guest relations for organising the birthday surprise. Their care and hospitality made my stay truly memorable. The hotel itself blends serenity with luxury, offering breathtaking views and refined spaces that are perfect for special occasions or anyone seeking a sophisticated stay in Dubai. I will definitely be returning.

The staff, absolutely all very service minded and always pleasant. They make you feel welcome and that you are a guest with a capital letter. I would especially like to mention Honey who works at reception, she was there with my check-in. Got a nice room with a view and she made my day. The breakfast was decent and the staff, everyone who serves breakfast are wonderful, they always meet you with a smile and the crockery is amazing.

OMGGG!! I loved everything about this hotel. Amazing hospitality and people! Maria, the first person I met upon arrival with her beautiful honest smile at reception and Jennifer at front desk were the people that made me feel comfortable and happy from the very first moment. The executive suite was amazing, the view, the atmosphere, the staff making sure every day my day started and ended with the best possible way! Also the gym… the pool!! Everything perfect! everything is just perfect, the rooms, the staff is amazingly pro & nice, the breakfast. I loved the gym (boxing, great machines and yoga classes), all the activities and the pool is really amazing for swiming. Literally you just want to stay in the hotel and enjoy each moment. The staff is doing everything for their guests to enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere. If we come again to Dubai, definetelly we will stay in this hotel.

It was amazingly quiet, but the biggest reason for loving it was the weather and the fabulous hotels! Rented a car from Enterprise; easy and enjoyed an upgrade! Visited the Atlantis the Royal and the Masr al Arab hotel and that was super luxurious and fun to see. Because I live in Dubai, this question is not relevant to my review. My issue was not Dubai Marina. My issue was the property experience: difficult access, no proper support, no parking, poor treatment, and an unacceptable room.

Great camp with the BEST staff.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

Calm and quiet.Good bar ,restaurant and shop below .hotel..Too anxious to go anywhere in current climate. . Been three times to visit our son before . Lots to do. Great night atmosohere but too hot for us overall.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

Everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect! The food was delicious, the room was big and very clean. The staff was wonderful especially Mansi and Priyanshi. We enjoyed very much our stay at this hotel, and for shure we will stay at this hotel next time.
