The staff were lovely and went above and beyond helping us out. The room was great, bed was big and very comfortable. There is a late checkout which is really useful and gave us an opportunity have a good morning activity, before heading to the airport in the afternoon. I’m absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel! Everything was truly top-notch — from the stylish design and spotless, comfortable rooms to the exceptional service. Every single staff member was incredibly polite, warm, and genuinely attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for. A special thank you to Kim, who made my mornings so delightful during breakfast. She was always smiling, so kind and thoughtful — it really set the tone for a great day. There was another lovely girl working alongside her, just as sweet and professional. I believe her name was also Kim, but I’m not entirely sure. In any case, I want to sincerely thank them both — you two are amazing! I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely come back here on my next trip to Dubai — even if it means going out of my way in terms of location. That’s how great this hotel is. Where to start with this remarkable hotel? Everything exudes class and exceptional service. Never before have I encountered such impeccable service in a hotel. From Munir and Kelvin, to the valet parking staff, to the poolside team including Shanti, Purna, Hariyom, Bharat, Sally, and the others, and not forgetting the breakfast crew, to the warm welcome by Farid at the front desk upon our arrival, and all the other staff members. Auristelle from the hotel front office ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Our experience at this hotel was simply amazing and welcoming. After 25 days, it felt like home. The breakfast and food, in general, were absolutely delightful. We also enjoyed a relaxing breakfast at the club lounge. Housekeeping was impressively professional, with Abeen and Bilal doing a fantastic job. We will definitely revisit this hotel when we return to Dubai. The rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. The pool area is pleasant, and there were always available sunbeds. This hotel is at your service all the time.

The view of the Dubai marina from this hotel is worth all the money. It's an absolutely magnificent place! Delicious breakfast! The room was very comfortable. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting something special, this is the place to visit. Also the location is excellent, it is very close to the Metro station! The staff was the best. Every single person I came in contact with was excellent, professional, and very polite. Mpravo to them!

We took the room with a view of the Burj and the fountain with the club included and we were very satisfied. The view from the terrace to see the Burj and fountain show makes a big difference. Also very appreciable is the club with a terrace always with a view of the Burj and the fountain, exclusive for certain rooms and which includes breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner etc. The premises are very luxurious, the environment and the quality are of a high level and the staff is super kind and always ready to help you and pamper you even in the large swimming pool, always with a view.

Well kept facilities. 3 pools..one for adult use. Fat bike experience was fun, tho probably a one off. However the horse riding was truly excellent..up the endurance riding track and then safari.with gazelle, oryx, flamingo. Enjoyed visiting expo lake, flamingo lakes and walking around the love lakes. Good selection on buffet for breakfast..western Indian and Arab. Steak tartar in Anwa restaurant delicious.

Great camp with the BEST staff.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

Dubai is simply fantastic—beautiful, attractive, and unmatched. When compared to the rest of the world, Dubai stands out as the best in almost everything. The malls and the facilities within them are world-class, and the government departments are the most efficient I’ve experienced—surpassing even those in developed countries. Everyday dealings with government services are resolved in just minutes.The only challenge is traffic, but the government continuously monitors and improves it day by day. Overall, Dubai rank as the best country in the world. Having traveled extensively across many developed nations and dealt with their government staff, I can say nothing compares.
